    Sizes ordered was not what was received and the product quality was very poor (threads hanging off). Have attempted to contact for return and we are getting no response to the emails and the listed phone number they provide is a no working number. We were looking to return and get a refund, but they do not reply.

    I order a pair of jeans on 1/18/2024. They did not fit so I am trying to return them. I have contacted My Comfty Pant 4 times requesting a return through their requested method and have received no response.

    The items I ordered were not what I ordered. TOTAL SCAM. The number to call is not a real number. They do not reply to email. They did not reimburse me. Do NOT fall for their products.

    On 10/20/23 I purchsed **** Blue Tummy Control **** Lifting Jeans from the above company's website *****************************************************************************************. I got a confirmation of my order email. It did not arrive to my house until 11/9 and the packaging is from *****. The jeans are not the true **** Blue jeans they are a cheap knock off from *****. Per the website I am *********** a return if not worn and in same packaging which I have minus any shipping which I am okay with. I have been emailing this company since 11/10 which I can provide copies saying I am not satisfied with the product and per their website I am entitles to a return. The company will not provide me with a refund but keeps emailing me discounts of 20% of my total purchase and a gift card to their store. This is false advertising and I have told them I would never purchase anything becuase they are selling fake products under real company names. I need assistance getting my refund.

    I ordered pants from this company. When I received the package, the pants inside were missing the label, which had been cut off, and were not the size that I ordered, which was a 3x. I measured the waist, which was ****". by their size chart, that was a Large, not a 3x. I immediately emailed them (July 10, 2023), but did not receive a response other than an automated one that the email was received. I emailed again on August 2, 2023, again with only an automated response. I emailed again on September 23, 2023 and received a request for information regarding the purchase, and pictures, which I immediately sent on September 23, 2023. I have not received a response.

    July 11, 2023 I ordered two pair of shorts and they do Not fit I have email My Comfy Pants since the end of July to Return this order but I haven't heard back from them to send them back.

    I placed order #****** on 7/19/23. I received the order on 8/21/23. On 8/21/23 I followed their return procedure and sent an email asking to return the order for a refund. I received a response asking for my order number which I provided. The email said it would take 1-2 business days to receive a response. I never received a response. On 8/26/23 I sent another email. I have not received a response. I just want to return the item for a refund because it does not fit properly.

    I ordered 2 pair of pants from *************** after seeing an ad on TikTok. Ordered on 7/9/23. Pants took a few weeks to arrive and were poor quality and not the appropriately sized. Spent $78.93. Website says items are returnable. I have attempted to contact them several times through email between 7/22 and 8/27/23 to receive a refund on my order and have not heard back from them, just one automated Zendesk email with no follow up. I wish to simply be refunded for my order and get my money back.It looks like many people on TikTok are complaining of the same experience/scam. Hoping the BBB can help so others dont get scammed.Thank you.

    I purchased 2 pairs of pants on 7/17/2023. I got them a month later and I am a size 4 and received 1 pair in my size and 1 pair in a size XXXL. I emailed them like the website says and they said someone would contact me in 1-2 days. I never heard from them so ended up contacting them a few times. Also tried calling them but no one returns your call and no one even picks up the phone. I would like to return both of these items for a return since obviously the large pants don't fit me and I didn't like how the smaller size fit.

    I bought a pair of pants. They are of poor quality. I contacted them multiple times for a refund. No one has responded.
