I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Comfys Fit's online through ********* I received the pants all in the wrong sizes. There is no receipt or invoice or return information. ****** sent a receipt to my email but it was a fraudulent ****** site. I then logged into my ****** and it showed no purchase. Date of the transaction is 2/14/25 Paid $38.94 Comfy pant business was supposed to send me snow bib in pink colour, I received it 6 weeks later in different colour, on 4/8/25.This store is a scam, check their reviews, they dont respond to emails and dont refund money.A lot of customers are upset, 0 positive reviews, this has to stop.I attached screenshot of the first email I sent them to cancel the order immediately after I have placed it, but they successfully ignored it just like all other email Ive sent.Customer Answer

I purchased two pairs of pants from ************************** for $50 that arrived on March 28, 2025. The quality of the pants was extremely poor -- not only was the look not the same as advertised but the buttonhole for the waist was not even cut open before it was sewn, meaning, the pants can't be buttoned. I contacted *************************** to initiate a return and was informed that I would have to ship the pants back to ***** at my own expense to receive a refund. They have offered me a 15% refund but I believe I am due a 100% refund.Customer Answer

The vendor contacted me and indicated that because they are refunding me $7.50, they consider the matter closed. However. I fiind their return policy completely unacceptable and deceptive and so do not consider my complaint resolved.

They are a scam!!!! Falsely advertising a sailor wide leg **** that is the same stock photo from J.Crew! The jeans came and were thin and looked nothing like the photo- pockets not in same places extremely short, terrible! Tried to get a refund , several days go by and then they offer 7 dollars back saying its too expensive to ship back to *****!!!! I ordered 2 pair of pants from them which were delivered on December 24, 2024. I immediately saw that the sizing was incorrect from what Id ordered and I e- mailed them to return the pants. I have now received 8 stock e-mails from them stating they will send me return instructions in 3 days or so. Have never received any instructions. In one message they asked me to send pictures of the pants and the label, which I did do. But every time I contact them again I just get that stock email. In December my husband ordered 2 pr of jeans for me for Christmas. They finally arrived around 1/5/25. They were the wrong size. Tried contacting them by phone. The # They gave, ************ is not a good number. Sent email on 1/8/25. Received auto reply telling me to send pics of product with tag. I did. Nothing happened. Sent another email on 1/10/25, again on 1/15/25 & then again today, 1/18/25. No responses at all. I merely want to exchange them. I purchased 5 pairs of jeans on 10/20/24. I received my order on 11/8/24. The jeans do not fit so I emailed my ************ that same day asking for help returning the items I never received a response even after 6 emails. I tried calling the number on the website but it is not in service. I just want to return my order.
