    I ordered two pair of jeans from My Comfy Pants on September 15, 2024. They arrived three weeks later on October 10, 2024. The button holes on both pair of jeans were sewn closed. I contacted the customer service on October 11th to begin the refund process and they haven't responded to my email other than an immediate generated response.

    I made a purchase with this company and ordered two pairs of pants in the size 4X. First the company represents itself as being in the *************, it is in *****. It took over a month for the items to come to my home. Once I receive the items, the size off the material was inferior and the product was not stated. I have contacted customer service over a dozen times. Response was for me to measure the pants which I did. I sent the photo and Ive still heard no response since that I have sent at least another dozen emails still with no response. This company misrepresents itself as saying it is in the ************* as saying that the product is as stated, and the customer service is horrendous.

    Two months ago I order two pair or pants The jeans I bought are way too big and do not look like the pants in the picture on their website. The other pants are very oddly shaped. To tight at waist and crazy big everywhere else I have tried to return and they want me to keep them - give to a friend and give me back ************************ send it back to ***** which will cost me more than the cost of the pants. At this point I consider it a loss! But I think this company should be put out of business!

    I purchased one pair of pants from this company with no issues. I then ordered another pair. I received an email order confirmation and shipping notice, but never an updated tracking number in the **. I later received notice the package was delivered. I never received it. I checked with the ************ They needed a tracking number. I contacted the company explaining I had never received the item, and needed the information to file a claim with the ***** They sent me the number and I reached out to the **** who told me the package was indeed delivered, but not to my address, but to a PO Box in my same zip code. I went to that address, but was unable to get any further info. I contacted the company who told me to get confirmation from the post office about the mix up. They still insisted that the item was delivered even after I sent them the email from the **** stating the address was not mine. I just want a refund for my purchase. They originally said they would refund me, but are now insisting it was delivered.

    I ordered 2 pairs of black pants from Mycomfypant.com on April 3rd. The order number is ******. When I opened the package, the pants were not the correct size. I got in touch with customer service and they are not willing to take the pants back for a refund.

    Ordered 2 pairs of pants and when received I wanted to return them. It says there is a return policy but the company never replied. I think this is a scam.

    This company is a scam. I ordered two pairs of the exact product: women's size small jeans. What arrived are a children's size jeans. I have emailed them multiple times requesting a refund but they have responded by asking me to take photos of the merchandise, to measure the length of the pants and they are telling me the following when I brought this to PayPal and despite multiple requests for me to be provided with a US-based address to return. Their return address on the package was ********, **. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment you have experienced with your recent purchase. To proceed with the refund, we kindly request you return the item to the address provided below. Please ensure that the item remains intact in its original packaging, including all accessories, if any were included. Return Address: Full name: ***** Address ********************************************************************************************************************************** ** *** Address 2: City: *****************: ************** ********* Phone number: *************** Zip code: ****** Once you have shipped the item back, please notify us via email with the tracking number. This tracking number is essential to facilitate the refund process. Once the returned package is delivered to our warehouse and the item's condition is inspected, we will initiate the refund promptly. We would like to remind you that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. When sending the return shipment, please avoid declaring a very high value, as we do not accept freight collect shipments, and any customs fees incurred will not be our responsibility.     On 2/6/2024 I made a purchase to the My Comfy Pant company. Order # ****** I did not receive my product within the allotted shipping time (ordered on 2/6/2024 and still had not received on 3/1/2024) When I did finally receive my product it was very poorly made and I wanted to return the product. I went to the website and contacted the company as outlined on their website at *************************** and requested a return. I contacted regarding the return on 3/11 and as of 3/15 I have yet to receive a response. I have tried contacting two more times to the listed email but again have not heard back.

    I purchased a pair of ************* Jeans from Comfy Cargo Pants on 2-27-2024 for $39.00. I received the pants on 3-2-2024. They are not **** Blues and they have numerous flaws. I have attempted to contact the company via phone and the number is disconnected: **************. The order number is ORDER #****. The return address on the package is: NJB | ********************************************************************. I did email the company. I have received email responses in the past from them. How should I proceed at this point? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    I ordered a pair of pants on 1/24/24. They did not fit. I reached out to the company via their "start a return" email which the website states can be done within 30 days of receipt of order ( I was well within the 30 days). They requested photos and reason for return. (Initially, I was just asking how to exchange. I still wanted the pants, but in a different size.) I sent the response with photos and never received a reply. I sent a second email requesting return this time and got the exact same auto generated email requesting photos. The phone number for customer service on website is out of order. This place is a scam.
