    Ordered $100 worth of clothing with the guarantee of an easy return experience. I've attempted to contact a person for the last two weeks to initiate a return of the product with no response from email. The phone number provided on their website rings busy constantly and will at times be listed as out of service. I want my return and refund honored in a timely manner.

    Products sent to consumer were not sized to companys size chart. Fit too small. Emailed four times for a return label on 4/22, 4/26, 5/6, and today 5/11. No response on any email. No other way to contact company.

    On 3/27/23, I made an online purchase for The Effortless Tailored Wide Leg Pants using PayPal for $38.94. ORDER # ****** The item fits small. I emailed ************************************* Comfypants on 4/19 and 4/24 to request an exchange, no response. On 4/27 I emailed ************************************* to request a refund because I didnt feel confident abt the company. On 5/4, I emailed ************************************* using PayPal system requesting a refund.Now, I am contacting BBB for help in receiving refund. Comfy pant customer service numbers ************ and ************* are not operating; i immediately receive a hang up. The ************************************* only generates a Request Receive # and theres no other communication from company. RE: [Request received] message *******, *******, and message ******* ORDER # ****** Hello, I called your business and the call hangs up and therefore cannot reach customer service. The Large (***) fit too small. In ******* I usually wear an 8. Because I am NOT confident in your business I am requesting a full refund. I used PayPal balance and credit card to fulfill this order and request a refund of $38.94.     Hi I purchased 2 pairs of pants from My ComfyPant (****************************************) online on March 30, 2023. I received the pants and they are way smaller than advertised. Before I purchased I read that they will refund the money if not happy. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at the company since April 12, 2023 and no one will get back to me - they say that it will take 1 to 2 business days to get respond. I have emailed and called - the phone number just says busy every time I call - *************) I just want a refund for my pants like the website says.

    I ordered from their website on April 9th but there was an issue with the address I provided for shipping. I emailed the company 3 times to try and fix it but I have not received any response and they already charged my card.

    On January 20th, 2023, I placed an order for a pair of the High waisted Suit Pants with Straw Pleats color Black at @***** and for a pair of High waisted Suit Pants with Straw Pleats color Gray @ *****. The total of the order came to $64.93, Order number #******. I have contacted the company via email on February 12th, 2023 and on March 2nd, 2023 indicating that I have not received my order and would like an update. I have not received any information or response as I was supposed to receive an email once the items shipped. When attempting to contact via the phone number provided, you go to an answering service to leave a message and again, I have not received a call back.
