I purchased 3 pair of pants to try knowing I would at least return one due to the company stating they do returns so I knew I could try different colors without risk. I ordered these in May order #******. I have contacted them several times a week since my order arrived per the return guidelines with no response to date. I have request a return every time. The pants were not as pictured or advertised and I want to return all $168 of them. I need your help as they will not return my requests and I need a refund.Customer Answer

I have been trying to contact the company by phone and also emails for over 5 weeks and can not get a response back. I made an order but changed my mind before any shipment. Never heard anything. I ordered 2 pair of twill shorts on May 18th, 2023 paying extra for expedited shipping. ***** tracking: ************* *nd order #: *******I tracked the long process of shipping from store to China post on May 26, 2023. It left ***** and arrived in ***********, ********** on June 9, 2023. There the tracking stops and I haven't received my order.I have emailed the business 3 times and get an automatic response stating I will be contacted in 2-3 business day and never have been-it's been 7 days. I have tried calling the business phone number but it isn't in service. I also have tried reaching out to their sister company, My Comfy Shorts and their number also is not in service.I expect to be completely refunded for items and expedited shipping I paid for and never received!Customer Answer

I ordered 2 articles of clothing from this company on 4/16/2023 costing $68.93. Order #******. I received the 2 articles of clothing on 5/13/2023. The articles of clothing did not fit. I went on their website to begin a return on 5/16/2023. I attempted to initiate the return, per their directions, by emailing ************************************** After no communication for a few days, I called the number they have listed which is **************. The line always says **** and I am unable to contact anyone. I have sent 3 emails since 5/16/2023 and have called no less than 6 times on different days at different times. Their website states that Returns are simple and they have Round the clock customer service. Desired resolution: return the unworn items of clothing, which are still in perfect condition, and receive the money I spent back. On April 5, 2023 I ordered a pair of pants from My Comfy Pants. My order # is ****** and the total is $38.94. After a couple of weeks I received my pants in the mail. They didn't fit at all which was disappointing because I'm always very careful to check sizing charts before I place orders. I got onto their website and double-checked their sizing charts and they're completely off - so wasn't happy about the misrepresentation. On their website it states "easy returns" and "customer satisfaction", so I wasn't too worried about getting them sent back. They request that you contact them to have the return approved before you ship them back. After contacting them at the email they provided I received an automated response requesting the order # and letting me know that they'd get back to me. I had already provided them the order # in my first request, and they never got back to me. I tried again a week later. Same response asking for order # and then no one actually contacted me. On May 8 I emailed again letting them know that I will be disputing the credit card charge if I didn't hear anything back, no response. According to their return policy I have up to 30 days to return my order. It has now been over 5 weeks.Customer Answer

I purchased 3 pairs of the effortless tailored pants online on 4/25 for a total of $91.43. I ordered different sizes as I wasnt size would fit best. All are too small, smaller than the guide. According to their website it says easy returns. I have emailed the ***************************** on 5/17, 5/19, 5/22 and 5/23 and have not gotten a response. Order Number ****** I purchased 2 pairs of pants from comfypants.com on 04/06/2023 in the amount of $88.93. I received the pants on 05/06/23. The pants were way to small and not the product I ordered. The picture showed the pants as a pull on and the pants I received had a button and zipper.I have emailed their customer services 3 times and receive an automated response that someone will respond in 2-3 days, it's been 18 days and I have not heard back from them. I also have called the number from their website and get a busy signal every time I call for the last week. Their website says not to return items without a return number from them but I cannot get ahold of anyone. Also the pants I did receive are not good quality.Customer Answer

Ordered via FB ad. No shipping label or invoice included with delivered package. Shoddy workmanship-belt loops hanging by a thread. Size *********- would not fit my size 14.
