1 starAfter dealing with their customer service, I will never use them again. They bold face lied to me several separate times when I called their support line. I had placed an order for 30+ pizzas for a party. The driver never showed with the pizzas until over an hour later. The pizza shop (which is a great shop) confirmed that the order was picked up ***** minutes after the specified delivery time, yet he still didn't arrive to the delivery location for another 40 minutes. The pizza shop he picked up from is literally 5 minutes away. We denied the order at that point because the pizzas were cold & I already frantically replaced them with pizzas from other local shops. I was left with 200 people looking at me for lunch and we had no food thanks to this driver, so I had to figure something else out & spend $600+ at other shops to replace the pizza that was *** for an hour. I called Slice at least 5 times & was told the order would be refunded. Over a 5 week *********** continually telling me it will be refunded in 3-5 days, it was never refunded. We had to dispute with our credit card company because we never received resolution from Slice. I frequently used the Slice app in the past, but after being repeatedly lied to by customer service, I will never use them again. It, also, appears that Slice disabled my account because I can no longer login to view my receipts. 30 pizzas is a lot of ********** was not our fault that the driver had other priorities before delivering our food. It isn't worth the hassle when the drivers that they contract are careless & Slice doesn't operate with integrity & respect to make it right for the customer. Save yourself the trouble & just go pick up the order yourself if the pizza shop doesn't offer their own delivery service.Slice

1 starI used Slice for my food order and 2 of my Shrimp dinners were BURNT!!
I message them sent them a picture of my burnt food a guy name Jason said they would look into it that never happened.
Messaged 3 more times nothing ever done kept saying higher ups have to look into.
What's to look into?
I showed them the pics it should have been resolved Friday!!
Same thing ever time will get back to you when management reviews it!
It's now going on 4 days I have not heard anything!Slice

1 starI order a pizza and wings. My pizza was burnt and my wings were raw on the inside the entire order was inedible. I requested a refund the slice app offered no resolution and the restaurant would not refund. The slice app sent several emails saying my complaint would need to be reviewed by another team. No refund no resolution and no help with their customer service.Slice

1 starPlaced order through Slice and was given a 2 hour pick up time. I called restaurant 2 minutes after placing the order to cancel and was told only Slice could cancel the order. I contacted Slice 3 minutes after I placed an order with a 2 hour wait time. They informed me that they could not contact the restaurant and therefore couldnt cancel the order. I simply had to wait 2 hours for dinner even though I called to cancel 2 minutes after ordering. I doubt they even tried to cancel the order. I texted and called this company, and got nowhere. Over 2 hours later restaurant calls me to come pick up the order. We had already gotten food from somewhere else 1 1/2 hours earlier. This company is not to be trusted.Slice

1 starI ordered four pizzas through the Slice App on August 22, 2024, from a local pizzeria. The totals for two orders were $100.02 and $22.72. However, according to the receipts we received with the pizzas, the totals would have been $91.08 and $21.10, respectively. I contacted the pizzeria regarding the differences, and the manager explained that the prices on Slice are more than what the prices are when ordering directly through the restaurant. In addition, the manager stated that they add $1.01 to all Slice orders. After contacting Slice, I was informed that there is a $.95 order fee, which, plus tax, would equal the $1.01 additional fee. However, I could find no mention of an additional fee imposed by Slice; to the contrary, the only reference to additional fees was that Slice does not impose additional fees on menu items. I believe that the additional fees are false advertising, and the acknowledgement that prices may be less through the business itself or other third party sites was tucked into the Terms and Conditions instead of being stated outright before paying.Slice

1 starHorrible customer service. I used their in-app chat to communicate that my delivery never came. The chat person gave me a driver number that did not work, confirmed my number and I never received a call. The delivery person marked my order as delivered even though I was standing outside my house waiting and no one ever came. He then told me he was escalating the issue to the resolution team, and I'd receive an email within 24 hours. I got an email saying there's nothing to be done. It was an expensive order of $80 worth of Indian food, and I had relatives in town. I went to the restaurant and reordered and paid $60 in person. So now, with no refund and having to dispute the charge on my debit card - I am out $140 for a $60 meal?? Crazy. If Slice provided a number to reach the driver or a chat, this could've been avoided. It seems like you can deliver for Slice and just say you've delivered the meal, steal people's food, and get away with it. And I tipped 20%! Unbelievable. Never using this app again and will continue to give bad reviews over this incident.Slice

1 starDelivered my pizza to the wrong address. I called once and they said my pizza was out for delivery waited 30 minutes called back they said my pizza was delivered Still no pizza and I was told it was nothing they can do. I call thpizza place they said it was delivered. They sent another pizza to be delivered and the first time it went to the wrong address. But the new order was sloppy and no meat and not worth what I paid for and not made with care.Slice

1 starI give them 0 stars I have been asking for a refund since July 16th the night I ordered. The pizzeria I ordered from added 8.00 to the bill and a tip that was given in cash I ordered chicken parm with linguine and meat sauce on it .When the order came it was wrong it had penne pasta with marinara sauce no meat sauce that they charge 8.00 extra dollars for . I told the delivery guy that it was wrong. He said I will have them remake it and bring it back . I told him to take the order he gave me cause it was wrong he said no I cant do that just keep it I will bring u the right order in about 45 minutes. I said ok I started a chat with slice and asked for a refund cause the delivery guy need brought me back the correct order called pizza place they told me I hat to go through slice . So I told slice through chat that I wanted my money back . They said 3-5 business day for refund . 5days past no refund charted 6more times since the 16th getting the run around.Today they told me it has been to long to give me a refund and they will not. I dont know what to do now . I want my money back . The BBB needs to make these online companies take responsibility for there actions! They are stealing from customers over and over . I will be reaching out to the state of ** about these and Im contacting an attorney it the principal! If they take $33.00 for 20 customer a day think ho much they are stealing .. Im not letting it go I work hard for my money and Im not giving to a service that doesnt care about what the customers or there orders being wrongSlice

1 starHorrible site. I ordered through them, delivery driver drops off the pizza in front of my door, doesnt call me or ring the bell, no notification through the slice app. I check the app to see the status and it was delivered 20 min prior to me checking. Ants crawling all over the pizza. Never using this site again as they offer no assistance, no refund. HORRIBLE customer service. I spoke to ********** and he was useless. I work in service and I would never speak to a client with zero solutions. Use grubhub instead. At least they provide refunds and solutions.Slice
