    Terrible they are thieves. Its crazy how you pay ZIP, but if you want a refund you got to call the other company the merchant. THE MERCHANT DID NOT TAKE THE FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ********************** DID. Your conversations is with a robot then once you converse with a live agent with ZIP they all have the same response with a different name. I was told one thing and it was not correct. Now they dont want to fix where they messed up at. If anybody reading this review and can find the contact information for higher up, phone number or a email address please send it to me PLEASE. ************************** Thank you

    Will pop you a $7 late fee if a payment is even 1 day late. My debit card was compromised and I had to get a new one by mail. It was not my fault my debit card was compromised online and when I could not pay on time due to not having a new debit card, they charged me the $7 late fee despite me explaining my situation to them. They do not accept the credit card I have, so I could not pay that way and you can't pay by bank account number. Also now I am fighting to get back a $40 refund from them, which they are refusing to pay despite me showing proof that the merchant returned the refund to their debit card. I highly recommend not using this company for split payments. I will be filing a complaint here and with the ****************************

    They have you jump through hoops just for a increase in spending power like wat 50 bucks go get me I've paid off on time or early 6 different times and wen I did make a fifth payment thy started my streak the day after I paid 5 one in 2 months I just wanna know why yall bait and switch ppl

    Zip was awesome for a while and I really did rely on zip a lot. I’ve never been late on a payment and in fact I’m usually 3-4 weeks ahead on my orders. Then all the sudden I’m at the store with a cart full of groceries and I go to check out and I get a message telling me I have past due orders and can’t make the purchase. When in fact I have no past due orders at all. And forget about customer service because they are worthless. I’ve been waiting for almost a week to get an answer as to why this is happening to my account and I keep getting the run around. I need to use my zip but am screwed now because obviously they don’t know what they are doing!

    Its been over a month since I havent received an unauthorized transaction refund from this merchant. My identity has been compromised and stolen for a train pass worth $700. Theyve managed to stopped and refund the future payments. But the first payment that was taken out the account was never refunded of $176.50. Zip will not refund me after sending in a police report and proof of me not making this transaction. They said that they sent the refund but I never received it. I even disputed this with my bank. My bank reported to me that they never sent it and my dispute with my bank was reversed due to the merchants lack of investigation and carelessness on their end. I just want all of my money back. Its been since August 13th 2024. It is now September 24th 2024. Ive been calling them and the customer service has been telling me the same result. It has to go to the frauds department. And everyone I call, theyre creating a new expedited ticket. Im leaving an actually ZERO stars for this company!

    I have been using Zip for sometime now. My payment are on time. Now when I go online to purchase something it's tell me zip can't be used for this transaction. I called 4x about this. They say that there has been a hold placed on my account. I asked why and was told they didn't know but will escalate the issue. It gets resolved and I make purchase and it go through if I want to make another purchase it again tell me that I cannot use zip for this. So they placing hold then release it and starts over. It's like circle going round and round. I do enjoy using Zip but this issues need to get correct ASAP

    Order was voided/canceled almost instantly due to authorization from zip being denied, still charged by Zip but merchant instantly canceled order. Tried contacting merchant, told me the cancelation email would be enough to get a refund. Zip claims it isn't enough and requested information about refund which the merchant couldn't provide cause they never charged Zip. After about a month of talking back and forth to Zip and the merchant, I've come to the conclusion that Zip is the problem here. Still haven't received a refund and now I'm at risk of being charged a late fee because the account is still open and they're asking for another payment on the canceled order.

    They charged me for merchandise that I didn't receive. I picked out some clothes on Amazon and they supposedly pay for the stuff, but when I looked for the order it had never been placed. I contacted Zip and they told me to contact Amazon and I did and they informed me that no order had never been placed. Zip refused to look into it again telling me to get ahold of Amazon.

    I was charged and called to complain and get my money back. they kept telling me it was a manual charge and nothing they can do about it. i did not agree to any payment or charge. it was not a recurring charge either. the company is good at stealing money and not helping customers. i would give a zero star if that was possible.

    Claim they can't move your payment date, no matter the hardship you're facing and then charge you an additional late fee. Horribly and unfair business practices. Never use them, even if you're in a bind.
