    Awful service, over charges for late fees, cancelled payments dont return to your account for days , literally just made me miss so many important bills

    I have been a Zip customer without issues in the past, but for the last 56 weeks I have been completely locked out of my account. Every time I attempt to log in from multiple browsers, laptops, or even the phone number tied to my account, I get the same error: hm, looks like we dont recognize you.I have contacted customer service multiple times by phone and email, but instead of fixing the problem, I only receive generic troubleshooting instructions that dont work. Ive even tried verifying my identity, but the system freezes or goes out of focus, leaving me permanently locked out.Because of this, I cannot even access my account to pay my bill, which has now been marked overdue. I am actively trying to pay, but Zip has made it impossible. At this point, I believe Zip is intentionally restricting account access and leaving customers vulnerable to added charges and negative credit impact.If Zip claims I owe money, I will require them to provide legal proof of debt directly to the credit bureaus. I will not pay additional charges that have accumulated solely because I have been denied access to my account.This experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely damaged my trust in Zip as a company. ******* L is completely right zip will lock you out your account so you cannot pay them or dispute charges to get a bigger amount from you cause its very convient i had a seven dollar charge added In august and i remember setting my payment date for today!! very convient zip you won't keep up business long s**wing your consumers

    I loved zip . They offered me pay in 8 which was lovely ! I was using that to pay my college tuition I was late by several hours due to my check not arriving on time becuase of a bank holiday . Now pay in 8 is lost forever a *** told me and theres no way to enable it again! Theres so many app for pay in 4 so now I see no reason to use zip and its sad they are losing a long time customer whos always paid over something I could not control . Terrible way to treat people !!

    I do not recommend using zip. The worst customer service I've dealt with as a consumer. There was order on my account that was an error on their part or the merchant and I got nothing but the run around from zip customer service. Hours and days on the phone explaining the same thing over and over. It was also confirmed with the merchant that no order existed. I cancelled my account and will not recommend zip services.

    I never ever had a problem with zip I pay my installments before the due date a perfect customer. *** recently having problems completing an order Im ask to save a card but when I do it says having technical issues try again later Ive been trying for days same issue. I just spoke with customer service she says there are technical issues but I checked and they are not . I will give it another try in a couple of days if the issue continues I will cancel zip pay off what I owe them which is minimal. Its so annoying to continue having this issue. I have Afterpay and Klarnas never a problem. Unfortunately issues not resolved very disappointing customer.

Additionally, my attempts to reach out through their messaging platform have gone unanswered. Due to this, I am unable to update my payment method, which is critical as I have an upcoming payment. The inability to resolve this issue promptly has left me concerned about potential penalties and adverse credit reporting, which would be both unfair and avoidable with proper support.

    Company refuses to refund my money and remove a order that was fraudulently placed under my account. Submitted police report and numerous forms through their website with also emails between me and one of their representatives and they still won't assist in resolving the matter.

    Zip continues to freeze my account due to unethical practices. My account has been blocked multiple times due to misinformation and errors originating from customer service representatives, coupled with holding funds void of timely reimbursement for declined transactions. **** to other customers who have shared their experiences in this platform, I have habitually received the same scripted false promises from Zip representatives that my "account would reset" and that someone would contact me from their lead department. Meanwhile, Zip debits my account without fail in a timely fashion for my payments. Hence, I uphold and honor my end of the bargain whereas they block my account for extended periods of time void of a timely resolve on their end. Zip offers flexible purchase options for customers l. However, their resolutions and customer service efforts are very slow and subpar. My banking merchant essentially does Zip's job by resolving Zip's duplicate transactions errors and failure to credit customer's accounts for erroneous payments they take for transactions that were unsuccessful which is unethical. Their punishment for customers that dispute their erroneous charges is to block their accounts while continuing to expeditiously process customer's ACH transactions. This is bad business on Zip's part.

    They charged my overdue balance to a a brand new debit card I never authorized for them to taken money at midnight. I submitted a complaint to *** as well. I called customer service representative and asked to speak with a supervisor which somehow couldnt. So it has to be escalated to a separate department and has to get back to me with 24/45 minutes. I am not disputing the overdue balance Im disputing the fact that I never gave them a card to authorize to take& I want my money back since I am getting surgery & will be short of money & will be on disability for two weeks
