      They took the money out of my account even though order was never processed by ***** sporting Goods. I called to try and get some solution only to receive the run around on the phone. Im out $80.00.I never had any issues with this company until recently. Please train your phone representative's on how to resolve customer complaints. If the order was never fully processed by the retailer, then zip pay/ quad pay literally just stole money from me. What did I pay for anyways? Why cant you refund me?

      Received several nonstop calls from Zip in regards to charges trying to be made to my account which I declined. Checked my email and was charged over $800 with similar increments of a $200+ purchase from Target that I did not make. I immediately contacted Zip to escalate the issue because I had not made any purchases through Zip for awhile and my bank account was being drained because someone was completing purchases. I have no one that has access to my account and have sent over my bank account statements to ********************** showing these purchases including my Target in store and online purchases from my account and they could not find fraud even though it was suspicious activity as is with multiple charges all at the same time. I even mentioned that they need to look into the logged calls of Zip asking if I denied those purchases because they were not authorized through their automatic system. Zip security investigation continuously asked my for my bank statement which I sent over and over again and they ended with could not find fraud. I have never had issues with AfterPay, Klarna or Affirm from using it but clearly Zip Security is non existent and they take 0 ownership for their lack of security or mistakes. I am livid from this process and will continue to share that Zip Is not a trusted business/system.

      I, like others, never had an issue with Zip until... I've always paid and have been using them for awhile. I had issues with my bank account so I needed to move a payment date, ok done. I did so on the app myself. But I needed to move it by two weeks and you can't do that so I waited until the payment date came close and tried to move the date again, as the app says you can, as long as you pay a service fee. (I uploaded screen shots of this and sent to customer service) So I called to ask them how I can move it and pay the fee on the app. I was told that because I moved it once it couldn't be moved again on this order. So after going around and around with ***** about how that's inaccurate because the app says *********, I asked for a supervisor to explain the discrepancy. She gave me the story about how they were in a meeting and I would get a call back. That was 1 week ago. So needless to say I still need to move the payment. Now we're in April, the app also says, 'if you change the payment within the month once..' well again, it's ****** I did the robo chat today and got the same answer. If you change the date once, we can't help you. I still never received a call, but I have received the same scripted, 'we don't give a c*** about what the app says, we're not moving the date' response. I even had a rep tell me last week that they can't control what's on the app they can only tell me the rules. Wow.. Really?? I mean, even big companies like banks will sometimes acknowledge their error and work with you or just because you've been with them awhile, they'll work with you. In this case, there's clearly a misrepresentation on the app and they should admit that and deal with it. Not keep reading me the what the rule book says. And no call back?? They try to do everything through chat and email even when the situation can easily be de-escalated by showing basic decency to their customers. Bad, bad business practice. Definitely should be an option for 0 stars.

      I placed 2 orders at seperate times using zip at ******** One significantly expensive and the other cheap. Obviously both orders had unique order ID numbers, but I made a return on the large order (about 1/3 of the price) and they refunded the wrong order of the two. I reached out to customer support because the order was so high and I wasn't about to be paying for something I no longer had and had brought back to the store. To my absolutel dismay support told me they put the refund on the wrong order and absolutely refused to make it right. How convenient that they made the mistake and put the refund on the cheaper order of the two. **** reply afterwards received the same copy-pasta non-apology and absolutely zero attempts to make me whole for their mistake. I had a perfect record with them up until this and I won't be using the app and will be cutting up my physical card after this. Utterly shameful "customer service"!

      Definitely need 0 stars. Ive been getting charged fora purchase I didnt even make as in I have 0 info for a merchant or a product but now my account is the red because Ive been receiving back to back charges in the last 2 weeks without any explanation. They are charging a card thats not even associated with anything with them! Customer service was no help and the lady hung up on me when trying to tell me protocol.

      Too bad I can't give them zero stars. I had an issue with them on December 13/2023. I reported as a fraud a charge made from a merchand I didn't recognize. The very next day I noticed that Zip had changed the merchand who was going to get the payments for them, without notifying me. That problem was resolved by my bank and Zip got all the payments. Today is March 19/2024, and I am still waiting for my refund of $256.00.

      Poor customer service overall. If I could leave a zero star review I would. I have been in a battle for Zip to send me my refund. I have been waiting a little over 2 months for the overall process to happen. Between the Vendor and Zip. Zip does not support the customer. I sent back my product to vendor at the end of December 2023, Vendor issued refund on 2/1. Zip told me that they would send my refund manually if it did not appear by 2/14. Today Im being told I need to contact vendor again. This is getting very frustrating. Zip needs to stand behind their word which is black and white via an email they sent me about sending my refund on 2/15. I just want people to know what issues they may face when dealing with Zip. **************** has lacked and the countless phone calls, and emails show this.

      Terrible customer service, super rude. Have spent thousands over the years and referred 100s of ppl and the way they handled a recent situation was terrible and disloyal. I will go through every channel to make it known. Its clear they can careless about customers and the effects they cause when I complaint is filed. Either way I always pay my bills so its not about non payment but the lack of empathy when issues arise.

      I have had ZIP for years and always paid on time. My bank account was compromised when I was a victim of a Sim Swap Scam. I had to dispute all charges I did not recognize. 1 charge was to a ARC LLC. No where in the discription of the charge was Quad or ZIP so I disputed it because I did not recognize it. I called and explained this to ZIP and they still shut down my ZIP PAY because of the dispute. On top of that after explaining my account needed to be shut down and a new one opened, and that I did not have a new card for new account yet, they are charging me late fees for the payments declining attached to my old account.

      I have not had any problems with zip pay until today 1/19/2024. There are two unauthorized transactions pending on my bank account for $551.20. **************** is horrible and could nor provide any explanation on why /how/ or where the charges were coming from. I spoke with 2 different people who just keep explaining the same thing over and over with no resolution. The worst part is the card the payments were posted on was not used for any transactions. I currently in tears and out of $1100, will most definitely dispute with my bank once the payments post. This is ridiculous!!
