    SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM USING ZIP. I KNOW THAT IT MIGHT SEEM LIKE A GOOD THING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU LOVE IN SEGMENTS BUT BELIEVE ME, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AND RETURN THE PRODUCT THE MERCHANT WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RETURN AND ZIP WILL HOLD BACK SIGNIFICANT PART OF YOUR RETURN. I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $200 WHEN I RETURNED TO PAIRS OF VERY EXPENSIVE SHOES AND BOOTS FROM ***********. I will be filing a complaint against them as well.

    This company is a complete scam. I had two purchases go through all four payments cleared no problem. After that every payment from then on had errors even though I had plenty to pay off the balance. It reached a point were four different cards no longer worked. After speaking with customer service and having them "waive" the late fee. I find out the late fees were not waived and had additional late fees added. They have zero control over late fee charges. One transaction was getting $7 dollars added every three days. I currently owe zip more than if I just paid for the items upfront. Zip has now made an equal amount of my purchases causing me to pay twice as much for any purchases. They should be listing it as a 100% APR because after they deny you from paying your bills that exactly how much you will pay plus some for your purchases. Stay far away from this company or expect to find yourself paying more than double for any purchases. You also can't write reviews on their app stores. They have blocked any way for any disgruntled customer to warn others. They should investigated immediately and don't fall for their ** excuses over their systems because they work fine. They are a scam company stay away.

    I placed an order though a company and used zip for the payment . My order was canceled the same day with the other company and its now a month later my zip account still isn't closed and I'm still getting emails that I have another payment coming out . No one is answering me I have been told that the cancelation is processing just not complete its been almost a month now and no one will even reply to me
