    I placed an order though a company and used zip for the payment . My order was canceled the same day with the other company, i wad told that it would take *************************************************************************************** that i have to wait another 13 days. Ive been asking to speak to a supervisor and all i get is that someone will call me back.

    Zip is very sorry for the frustration our customer experienced regarding his cancelled order. For orders placed that are soon after cancelled by the customer or merchant, it can take **********************'s system up to 13 days to process the reversal. This is precautionary in the event that the merchant resubmits another charge authorization for the same amount, which can occur with certain merchants.

    Our customer's order was refunded by **********************'s system within 13 days and before the 2nd installment date. We are once again very sorry for the frustration this system process caused him.

    I had zip for some time and started out with ****** and they took forever to increase it to ******. Any way I've used it for 38 different purchases and all were paid on time. Most recent purchased was In January 2023. Well today 3/12/2023 I went on the app and my ****** spending limit was reduced to *****. Like seriously who does that? Affirm, afterpay, sezzle, I have thousands of dollars spending limit meanwhile zip over here reducing people for paying on time. All the representative could say was I see that you've paid but it's there underwriters.

    Zip is sorry for the frustration our customer has experienced regarding her estimated Zip spending power. Our system determines a customer's estimated spending power based on a variety of factors such as order and repayment history, usage, and external factors such as the current economic climate. Our customer's last order was placed on December 16, 2022 and her spending power was reduced on March 9, 2023. 


    Each time a customer makes a purchase request, our system evaluates current qualifications to determine if they are eligible for a spending power increase. At this time, unfortunately this process cannot be manually overridden by Zip staff. We apologize for the frustration this has caused our customer.

    I been with this company and paid all my bills on time and they want give me a increase saying I was late I was never late they only give me $50 dollars dont use this company total SCAM

    Zip *****. I ordered a pair of sneakers. Store emailed me an hour later cancelling my order because my size was unavailable. Sent an email to Zip with a screenshot and was told I have to wait 13 days before they will submit a refund. Bad business. Ill never shop with them again.

    ZIP used a bank account that I did not authorize as a default account. They also charged me twice for late fees. So now I’m sitting here with no money to buy groceries because they illegally took money from a account they weren’t suppose too. Do not, I repeat do not use this company. Use ****** or ********. Robbers!

    I have had an account with this company since 2020. I have also recommended them to friends and family. Twice I have received emails about upcoming withdrawals and it clearly says that if the money is not available on the card on file you had the option to change your card. I did that twice in the three years with the company and twice they debited from my bank account debit card instead making my bank account go in the negative and me incurring overdraft fees. I am in the process of closing my account and posting this to warn everyone who is thinking about using this app not to. They deserve no stars!!!

    ZIP blocked my account after I tried to update my number. I haven't been able to make my purchase for my son birthday as a result. Why is this process taking so long just to verify a driver's license and screenshot?

    Zip is a scam they will cheap you out of your money and then give you the run around. Zip try to blame it on the stores the reason you don't get your refund.

    ZIP PAY IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They have overcharges me on my Bed Bath And Beyond purchase, then Have LIED repeatedly to me about the credits they claim they'll send to fix this They then CHARGED ME AGAIN ***** for a payment they told me would be only $4 and change to address this overcharge!They need to be FULLY INVESTIGATED! They are scamming people left right and sideways and no one seems to be able to get their situations addressed!
