    Tried to complete my order with Zip and kept getting an error message. Hit the back button and used Afterpay instead and Zip still charged me. Now Im being charged by Zip and Afterpay although Zip wouldnt let me complete the transaction. Cant get through to customer service on chat or phone.

    Zip has been great. I have been using it since 2021. Any issues or problems they solved with no hesitation.Zip has made it possible for me to get things I need and things I don't need lol.

    Zip closed my account just because I had a dispute with an order that I had never received.. Therefor I ask my bank to file a claim on my order or to get my refund back which I did.When I spoke to the customer service inquiring about my ********************** account they said I was no longer qualified to use their website due to a dispute & claim that o did. Really but if I never received my purchase why should o pay for a purchase that I never receive and every two weeks they would withdraw their payment from my account.. I just didnt think it was right. So because of that they closed the account. Im better off with ****** OR AFTERPAY never I have had any issues with them!!

    Zip is sorry for the frustration our customer has experienced. She filed four disputes for Zip installment charges for a valid order. Per Section 2.1.1 of our Customer Agreement, which states, "...********************** may close, suspend, restrict, or limit your account and/or your use of or ability to transact in connection with any Service in Zips sole discretion at any time for any reason without notice to you." (****************************************************************************).

    **************** is a straight joke I bought something using zip then never got the item they said to call company I bought from which I did and the phone number and email attached to blindbox.show suddenly dont work and is no longer in use I told customer service at ********************** they said well keep trying to contact them over the next 3 weeks and take screenshots that you tried I said I been doing that for 10 days now well keep trying good bye please rate our conversation and be sure to reach out in 3 weeks worst trash a** company

    As an installment provider, Zip has no obligation to cover the cost of merchant failures or issues. Customers are responsible to use Zip to shop with trusted merchants, as they would with any payment method.

    Nonetheless, as a one-time courtesy, Zip covered the cost of the customer's order and refunded it on May 14, 2023. Should the customer encounter another merchant issue with a future order, he must resolve it directly with the merchant.

    I am totally disgusted with Zip and will never use again after I finish the few items I have left. I returned two items to the store and instead of refunding to my original payment default they credited all over the place to future order payments. I never agreed to that method AND I have no way of knowing if the full credit was applied. Now I know whyy bank account was overdrawn the funds never hit my account -******. It's OK because from here I'm taking legal action against them. When we agree to make payments on time and have to make a return, it should be credited back like a REAL BUSINESS to the original form of payment! Smh...in total shock.

    They have ripped me off for $50 for unauthorized charges! Even though I took my card off their website. I agree ROBBERS THIEVES!!

    This company is a complete scam.I placed an order and there was an issue internally. I contacted customer service and they paused my order and prevented it from being delivered timely.Its important to remember, this APP is operating in another country and theres always a communication barrier. There ability to troube-shoot is subjective. And theyre using outdated software which is not compatible with ours. Any business transaction with them will result in overpayments and unimaginable asininity! They create liabilities and financial barriers which is the testament to a predatory business.

    Our customer contacted ********************** about her ****** order, placed on May 2, which she was not able to locate in her Zip app. The agent assisted her by providing the order number, and delayed her installments by a week to provide her assurance she would not be further charged in the event that ****** reversed her order. This did not impact our customer's ****** order from being processed. In her following communication, our customer confirmed to ********************** directly that her issue had been resolved.

    I did a purchase with zip through Best buy they took the money at my account and Best buy says they never got the money they don't have the order I called zip they said they never took the money shows on my bank statement Bank won't put it back cuz I use prepaid cards to do my payments in case of junk like this ZIP be held accountable for everyone they scam people that work for them need to be in jail.
