    I ordered from ****** ****** though zip. And I got a refund from ****** ******. Because they messed up my order. So they gave me back $38.54 and my bill though zip was $102. I paid $20 plus I got a refund back and my **** ***** have not changed at all I contacted them and they come up with excuses like always

    stole ****** from me bbb does nothing Mercari does nothing zip does nothing fidelity does nothing ,,, ALL CROOKS ,,,,, zip will rip you off ,,, they are criminals mercari are CROOKS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

    Had zip for 2 year never had a problem until now. I paid everything owed off early in march 2024 and just 2 weeks later I was locked out of my account and I when I was able to get back into my account the payment card I issued was deleted off my account. So I put the card number back in for it to only say that my bank card is issued with an another users account. So I contacted zip and as a result customer service only gave me a ticket number for the internal team to resolve and get back with me asap by email. So its been a week and no email and I have check with bank to may sure no fraud is at play nothing yet. And yet again I contacted zip and they told me there isnt an ETA on when I will be resolved at this moment. Just be patient and I will receive an email. Very poor customer service wouldnt recommend this site.

    Sorry excuse for a business *** had my account for years and I had a legal name change and now have been locked out for months because their customer service line is a joke. They have came up with every excuse not to let me in my account and now are telling me I have to deactivate it completely and make a new one and said theres no guarantee Ill get my spending limit back Ive built up ??And theres absolutely no reason in the employees they have answering the phone because they cant do or fix anything anytime I call Im told they have to send a ticket to the internal team and that I will be contacted by email just been given a complete run around if I could rate no stars I would very crappy company

    I signed up last year, in 2024, for opening a Zip Account. I used the ********************** credit, per Online order/delivery at *******. Which is how I used Zip's Pay Over Time and Credit Card was confusing to me. I had to speak to several **************** Advocates before the online cancel order was resolved. I accepted and billed the amount of $88.91 on 01/25/25 for an ************** Order # with installment payments of $21.83 every 2 weeks(after $17.41) that was applied at the time of using the Zip credit card for the ******* Online Order. I paid the 2nd payment of $21.83, per my debit bank card on file. My 3rd payment(due 02/22/25), I missed due to being out of town and traveling back home. I immediately called and informed the Zip Customer Advocate that I would be back in town on 02/23/25, and I stated I would pay the remaining balance $ $46.66. Also, a refund was applied to this remaining *** of $4.01 on 03/04/25. I paid the balance as stated. At the end of March 2025, I decided to use Zip in the ******* store. I called Zip due to previous issues I had with the online order. I was advised that my account was on hold, and Customer Advocate could not give me a reason why the account had been on hold. This response threw up a red flag for me. After several follow-up calls, I was informed that the account remains on hold and the account is now been terminated. This business is not professional, and the accounting is not legitimate or practical at all. Respectfully, Unsatified Customer, HJB

    I have used Zip Pay since Dec 2022 never late now they locked me out of the app All of a sudden I don't meet the approval guidelines. After I earned over $500 spending power ... Call sent emails no help.Something is differently wrong*****

    I signed up for Zip and was approved. Placed orders, then Zip asked for identity verification, which I provided and they let me know it was successful. Then they suspended my account. I continued to make my payments. Reschedule out numerous times by email, no response. Finally called and they told me 3 days ago my account would be unfrozen. They never followed through so I called yesterday and was told it would be escalated and I should receive email confirmation shortly that it has been done. Never received an email and my account is still suspended. Poor customer service and very disappointed in their response and how they take care of customers. Shame on them. I should also mention my husband signed up when I first received the suspension to see if it was a system error on their part. Nope, he was approved as well and could place orders. Heres the kicker, they wont let him use the same bank account as myself. We are fricken married , of course we have the same account. They also said they were fixing this as well. Nope, never happened. What kind of an outfit is this????

    On February 18th I bought a PlayStation gift card code directly from Zip, it stated it could take up to 30 mins to receive the code to my email, I have NEVER received the code. I called in the next day and stated I had to put in a support ticket in then I will get a email in 48 hours from the gift card support team. I still have not received ANYTHING!! I have called in a few times now and I just get they are still working on the issue and I'll get an email when it's resolved. I have used zip in the past with no issues and always good customer service. But this is ridiculous! I have asked for a refund of my money and I get the same request to do a support ticket. These people are THIEVES!!!!!
