    Fraudulent charge made on my account. They denied my claim and stated it was legit now I have to pay for something I didnt purchase.we have determined this transaction to be authentic and, therefore, we will not be issuing a refund at this time. If you feel this has been made in error, please forward any and all information to assist us in researching your claim further, but for now we are considering this case closed. Now Im stuck paying.$322 from some tick pick I got no clue who the are.

    I have made many purchases with Zip through Mercari over the last year. Ive made all my payments for any outstanding balances. However, I closed my account today and will never use your service again. I contacted customer service with a serious error problem this morning that has held funds in my bank account. A total of 4 times this problem has occured since a week ago. Wher I choose ZIP as my payment at check out Im able to make a purchase each time, I was charged the amount of purchase each time, then a message "blocked" appears after Im told Im being sent back to Mercari check out. I have tried every troubleshoot asked of me. When I contacted customer service about this I would only receive back pre-written messages that dont address the issue. I was refused to speak to a supervisor after my 5th attempt of fixing this issue and was told no one can help me with no direction. I never write to CEOs of companies or complain but I am really upset by this whole situation. Please have someone on your team address the problem and get back to me so i dont leave ZIP with a bad experience. Thanks for reading this.

    When getting refunds from zip for returning a purchase they havent been willing to give full refund amount . I dont think its fair for a company to give partial refund . They are stealing from people

    the most unreliable app ever. you change your number and they give you a hard time to update it. the customer service is unreliable their service is degusting . i left a review and they didn't even post it. people change their numbers not sure why they make it so hard to get back in the help is helpless and if you don't respond within a day you got to start over i am beyond disappointed. people save yourself the hassle if you wanna do payment plans go with ****** or even ***** *** they sure know how to update without all the extra .... cant believe its been two weeks going back and forth i then ask for a call from the management and guess what they haven't reached out I'm gonna make sure to tell the world you guys aren't any good and all my friends will be deactivating your app....

    Will never use zip ! I was on Mercari and decided to use zip for the 1st time and because they couldnt verify me they turned down my purchase but not until after they charged my account ! And when I called they admitted that my purchase didnt go through but it would take 13 days to get my money back ! People are struggling and u take money out of my bank and tell me Im not getting my own money back for -3 days ? I have a child ! I take care of my sick mother ! And u are denying me my own money ! That is ridiculous ! U even blamed it on my bank and bank is the only person that can make this go away ! Never ! Never would I ever use this service again ! First & last time !

    Zero customer service. I have only been using ********************** for a short time, but I made 2 purchases, and still had a spending power blance. Then I had to make a new email address because I lost access to my old one. I went onto all of my apps and accounts and updated my email address with issue. But when I updated my email on Zip, all of a sudden my account was locked and my spending power disappeared. I've reached out to their "customer service" 3x within the last few weeks to find out why, and all they give me is the same automated message that it was escalated and they'll contact me at a later date. It's been three weeks, its completely ridiculous that I still haven't gotten a response. But, they're still taking their payments in a timely manner. In this economy many people like myself are living paycheck to paycheck, so apps like this are so helpful and needed. Especially to buy groceries or dog food which is what I use it for. However, after my own experience and in reading the other previous BBB reviews now, it scares me that if I ever had a more pressing issue such as money being wrongly debited from my bank account, there would be no response from customer service because they are obviously non existent. So my advice is to use Afterpay or Klarna, as they are more dependable and their customer service is very responsive.

    I have used this for months, maybe even years. I had to get a new phone number due to a bad breakup. Well, in order to get into my account I had to reach out to customer service because I could not login with my new phone number. It has been months now and I still can't get into my account! I had to send documents to prove the number change but no one is getting back to me. I am very unhappy with this company!

    I have been with Zip Pay for quite some time. I am a faithful consumer and make my payments on time. I am being ripped off. I bought merchandise from Amazon and due to the damage the merchant provided a full refund and returned it to Zip Pay. The calculations Installment 1:4/15/2024 $54.58 PAID; Installment 2: 4/29/2024 $54.58 PAID; Installment 3: 5/13/2024 $0.00 PAID ($11.27 and $43.31 deducted here) Installment 4: 5/27/2024 $0.00 PAID ($54.58 deducted here). Of all the deductions you see here, they only gave me $70.16. They still owe me $106.16 because they debited two transactions from my bank account for $54.58! The AMAZON MERCHANT STATED, "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase." the merchant stated "We've processed a refund for the above order of $112.59." however, Zip Pay only adjusted $70.16. They gave me a full refund and Zip Pay however, they only adjusted $70.16 and will not return the remaining funds owed to me. This is no way to treat a great consumer. I want what is owed to me! They tried to refer me to Amazon although the full transaction was conducted with them.

    I wish there was 0 stars to give i have had this account active since it was QuadPay back in 2019. So on April 25th 2024 i was having issues accessing my account i contacted ********************** customer service line or lack thereof because nobody there has any information to give and they are overseas so there is a language barrier or something. My account had been placed on a temporary hold for what reason Im still unsure of the issue . On the 28 th of April i received the follow up steps that i need to complete front and back of my license and also a selfie and my phone bill with instructions to contact them when that was completed , i did just that . Today is now the 3rd of May and i am yet to be contacted about why my acct was locked in the first place and why its still locked after i completed all the required steps. Then lets not talk about the customer service phone line or lack thereof when you call nobody on the phone can do anything then they say they will submit a follow up and i should reach out to the internal team by email and i did i actually spammed their email no less than ****************************************************** LONG STORY SHORT ZIP ***** and a foreign based company once my acct is unlocked i will be deleting them and continuing my service with SEZZELE AND AFTERPAY

    AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. When you have an issue and I promise you there will be one, you will be left with zero help. Despite using zip for months my account was locked one day for no apparent reason. Zip wants you to jump through a million hoops to unlock it. I don't really care about that because I don't have to have zip. What I am taking an issue with is the customer service is borderline mentally disabled and the straight up lie to you. All I want to do is pay my account off and close it but zip is refusing to help me with this.
