    Steals your money after closing your account with no information. Wouldnt go anywhere near them. **************** is pointless, they spin you in circles for over a week, then leave you out to dry after taking your money. Dont risk it

    Totally scammed by *** through this app. Over 800 bucks gone. If this is the way this company runs, I'll pass. I don't even have a One Pay account and you talk with someone in ***** or *********. They gave me a "ticket" number for the fraud, but you can't help feeling that they are not secure. Don't use your primary checking account debt for ANYTHING. Get a pre loaded card you have from ********* or some other major retailer. ONLY for the amount you know you are going to spend plus a dollar over. No one is safe anymore. Lock that card after every purchase.

    I disputed a charge from a food place on April 6th and they waited until the June 6th to tell me that there wasnt enough evidence for my claim and I had to refile the dispute

    One star because I can't give 0. There was a fraudulent charge accepted by Onepay. I never made a charge to Paperclips plus. Their customer service is worthless. I was told by an agent and a supervisor that since they can't retrieve the money from the merchant I their customer is s*** out of luck

    DO NOT TRUST ONE PAY Incompetent Handling of Fraud and Zero Urgency Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a financial institution. I reported over $400in fraudulent charges on my One Pay account the day I was flying out for vacation. Instead of taking immediate action or issuing a provisional credit, I was told I had to wait for the charges to post first even though I reported them as unauthorized right away.Once they finally posted, I was then told Id have to wait up to two weeks for an answer all while Im out money I didnt spend. No urgency. No concern for the impact on the customer. Just delays and scripted ************ make things worse, when I spoke to the dispute representative, he admitted they were already aware of fraudulent charges from the same merchant, reported by multiple other customers. So why wasnt my case handled immediately? Why wasnt a provisional credit issued like any competent bank would do?This is either gross negligence or a complete breakdown in basic fraud prevention and either way, I no longer trust this institution with my money. One Pay has shown they are unprepared to protect their customers or act responsibly when fraud occurs. I will be closing my account and strongly advise others to stay far away.

    Terrible service do not recommend. They dont actually help you through customer service. Their card also isnt compatible with many services and sending money to your one pay is basically impossible. They dont help and they will never delete your account. They just want to charge a $12 inactive fee for their own problem. I wont be paying and they can figure out the issue themselves.

    They will steal mo ey from you. Do not trust them. Use another card and if you do spark keep a close eye on your account because they will take your meager earnings when you aren't paying attention.

    I would give it a zero, but it wasnt an option. After talking to the most ignorant customer service supervisor, he tells me that I do not have a residential address through the post office and I have lived here for 2 years receiving mail every day. They will not override the address and I cannot get my $10 bonus for using the app. They refuse to give me an address or phone number and tell me to contact the post office to prove to them that I have a residential address through them. My address is fine when they take my payment, but they refuse to acknowledge it on my account. Discrimination towards my RV park residents over our address.

    Awful card. It can inly be used at *******. You cant get your money out. The app is designed so I thought I was transferring the funds from the card back to my actual bank account. Instead it transfered more money into the one card making my normal account overdraft. The customer service is awful.
