    I would give it a zero, but it wasnt an option. After talking to the most ignorant customer service supervisor, he tells me that I do not have a residential address through the post office and I have lived here for 2 years receiving mail every day. They will not override the address and I cannot get my $10 bonus for using the app. They refuse to give me an address or phone number and tell me to contact the post office to prove to them that I have a residential address through them. My address is fine when they take my payment, but they refuse to acknowledge it on my account. Discrimination towards my RV park residents over our address.

    Awful card. It can inly be used at *******. You cant get your money out. The app is designed so I thought I was transferring the funds from the card back to my actual bank account. Instead it transfered more money into the one card making my normal account overdraft. The customer service is awful.

    If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. They have an instant transfer from another debit card option and I used that feature only for my money to be taken out of my other account and never arrive in my One Pay account. Upon reaching out to customer service, I kept getting the run around with them blaming my bank first and then when I was persistent they told me I would need to file a dispute and after the dispute process was complete wait another 10 to 20 business days to receive my money that was supposed to be instantly transferred. This place is a scam and a joke and their customer service will find any given person or company to blame but themselves. Run as far away from this company as you can.

    Had a fraudulent charge on my card for $154 in ***** mind u I live in **. Filed the dispute and they told me they had evidence it wasn't fraud. Still haven't heard back from them to show me the evidence of the charge. What a joke

    Zero stars would be more accurate. PLEASE. DO NOT be tempted to download this app for any perks as those are the exact reasons you will be penalized or preyed upon. This app was downloaded to connect to ******* app for discounts and easy payments and since the ONE time it was done I have had nothing but issues. Someone was able to steal my card information and make rent charges — 1/3 charges have been denied by OnePay Disputes despite all information provided and acknowledgment from the merchant — and then certain transfers that were made from my external checking account to this account are just missing up in the air according to OnePay despite my brick and mortar bank giving all confirmations which causes another dispute to be open. Their customer service is horrible but the disputes team is even worse. I have filed an CFPB as well as AG complaint and next is the BBB. Here comes their fourth name change.

    A one-star is too high for this company. I bought a card at Walmart, paid CASH loading the card, then get denied a pre-paid card? Then they tell me I cannot use an atm or get cash back! I'm sorry, but I loaded the card with cash and now they refuse to give cash back! They say I can purchase something, but I can't get the same amount of money from an atm??? WOW, this company really *****! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CARD FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    No stars. They just stole $300 from me and refuse to give it back. DO NOT GET THEIR CARDS OR USE THEM!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND REFUSE TO RELEASE MY $300 deposit!!!! Scammers scammers scammers!!!I will be calling the police to file a theft report as well.

    I purchased a OnePay card at ******* with $400 I tried to use it and it did not work. It said I had to log into an account to activate the card. I made a new account. It said that I had an old account I had to contact customer service to do a two-step verification to change my phone number and email to be able to login into the account to activate the card. They sent me a link. I did it over the phone with a representative step-by-step after everything was completed. They told me that it would take *********************************************************** a link through the email. I never received anything. Ive been calling them and they keep pushing me around and making me go in circles and they keep telling me to keep sending in a verification even though I already have and then they keep telling me oh well get a hold of you in 24 hours. I get a hold of them no one ever responds back to me. Ive been hung up on twice. I have never received an email. This is going on three weeks now and no one is helping me. I need some guidance and help to. Get them to give me my money. I need legal advice. I tried to ask them to give me a higher up. They said it goes to a supervisor. I spoke to 10 different supervisors and I followed in 10 different complaints to the direct department and I still havent received anything so I would appreciate if anybody can give me legal advice on what I should do next if I can leave a zero star rating I would definitely do that. This has to be the worst and most embarrassing company ever to anybody that is thinking about purchasing a OnePay card DO NOT.

    Worst experience ever. Had several fraudulent charges on my account. The first was $400 (which I'm still disputing. The second was a total of $650 sent via CashApp to someone I don't even know. They gave me a provisional credit of $15 at first, then a provisional credit of $650. I filed a police report right after the first charge and sent it to them three times, and each time they verified that they had received it via chat, but when I reached out, they said they don't have it. It would always happen right when my pay hit my account. Already contacted a lawyer to see about a class action lawsuit. It's so many of us

    Onepay restricted my account and refuses to give me access or any immediate update regarding my account. They have caused me to be late paying rent and I have filed suit in my state.
