1 starI was with one pay for over a year and out of nowhere the closed my account and told me that a check would be mailed out for my remaining balance. I have yet to receive my check. If my account is closed how can funds still be deposited? This the worst company ever. Please do not use this card company.OnePay

1 starWould give 0 stars if possible. My direct deposit was $601 and I spent $487 and because of this savings side of the card they took the rest of my money. I only had $20 overdraft protection but somehow I'm negative $126.this is shady crooked activity, I'm just now learning this card is affiliated with ******* and that pretty much explains it for me. Do not by any means use this card. Look at all the other reviews and see they are all pretty much the same. They'll steal your money.OnePay

1 starI purchased a prepaid card from ******* on 8/30/2025 when I activated my card and went to use my card it had already been used I filed a dispute with the company and was denied four times I made a police report filed a complaint with the attorney general and was still denied my refund this company doesn't assist in any kind of way and I do not recommend any doing business with one payOnePay

1 starHad OnePay account stolen on Sept 1st. Someone fraudulently stole $676 from my account by shopping online with ************** in ******** and sent shipment to *******. It is now Tuesday, Sept 16. My funds HAVE NOT been returned. To get someone in their ************** who can speak easily understood English is a LONG SHOT. Im getting the runaround. Im not understanding why an investigation can take 90 days. My funds were STOLEN. Return my funds OnePay. This is beyond ridiculous.OnePay

1 starI use onepay as it's a middle group payment source. Their support is nonexistent. If you need help with anything you get a foreign person clicking a script and leaving chat. They absolutely do not care about the customer. I loved them till I needed help and was stolen from by their system and lack of knowledgeable support.OnePay

1 starOneapy is a joke and scam. I tried to activate my card and was unable to. I called customer service and , no offence, but the customer service person was a foreigner who couldn't seem to understand English very well. I had to keep repeating myself. He kept giving me different websites to activate my card and telling me that he has sent my an email several times, which I never received. He said that he would send me a refund to my email , which is impossible. I tried another websites he had given me and everything was going great until they asked for my social security number. Red flag. I cut the card up and took my lost. Do not waste your money on OnePay card. They will take your money and your personal information.OnePay
