1 starDont waste your time buying a OnePay Mastercard debit card. I purchased a product from a merchant and he overcharged me. I asked OnePay can they get me a refund for the overage they said no and closed the case. There was no explanation. So then I asked them to see if they could get a refund for the product I bought since it was grossly misleading! I put the claim in they came back and said no that I paid the money for the product. And closed that case too! They are Horrible! I transferred the rest of my funds to my other bank account and I canceled the card!!!OnePay

1 starThis company will create accounts, using your deceased family members identity. When you plead with them to only freeze the account (you dont want access to credit, nobody gets hurt by a temporary freeze until they confirm the false account) they will deny your request, ask you to send a bunch of information to another representative, likely somebody residing in same country that hosts office building controlled by gangs of identity thieves) and they will tell you that the account will remain open for several days while the case is reviewed. This is the sort of company, American based, who hires foreign people that are willing to take the the criticisms of violated and frustrated Americans, and do nothing to help us, while the company profits. The worst sort of people. Cold blooded reptiles with a taste for blood would envy this company.OnePay

1 star-300 Trillion Stars THEY STEAL Theyve stolen twice from me. A more recent experience Ive had with them, I was at the gas station. I purchased gas through the app. I had about $70 on the cash account, 10 in the savings account. 80 totaled. I used $30 for gas. They put a $100 hold on my account. Which overdraft my account about $20. The hold was removed in about 30mins. I checked the balance and my account had $25 left. From 80dollars?!?!? I only used 30. I did some more digging and I see that the savings account overdraft $30. Taking the money out of savings NEVER happened before.** -so lets just say it did, count with me 80-30=50 correct? So why my account only has 25 in it. Where is the other 25?!?. I reached out to support in the app and they totally lied about how the process works. The response was, Thank you for your patience, I see that you made a transaction of $30 with the merchant *****. I can see the saving Backups in ON in your account. When you made the transactions the funds in the checking account was not sufficient so it pull from your saving pocket. Even if that was the case where is the other $25?? Mind you they lifted that hold. Another experience is I had ***** in DoorDash I deposited into the OnePay CASH account and I never saw it. Its posted that it went through. But I never saw that money. This c*** aint even accredited so idk why were evening using this application. I want them abolished!!OnePay

1 starThieves!! Don't fall for the $15 "One Pay Wallet ", as you check out online via their sister company. You can't "redeem", even after you've earned it, unless you open a cash account! Same "customer support " as their big sis, too...non existent, incompetent & you'll not get ANYWHERE. They can't conversate past their script, they can't understand the ***** concepts of their own company...so how could they possibly be capable of handling MY FINANCES. They aren't! I've had experience as one of their drivers, as a customer of their big sis, as a customer of their phone sibling, ..etc, etc, etc...SAME call centers...making the same rupees..as the SCAMMERS!!..as I struggle to get work in the ***! ..we're all bought and sold overseas...hopeless...OnePay

1 starI give this place LESS THAN one star. I got a card at *******, put some money on it. They would not let me upload any additional money when my balance got low. They did not sent me a permanent card in the mail.... I put the card number on my amazon and **** accounts, and I cannot use it because they would not let me put additional money on the card. They MISLEAD ME on this whole thing. I feel I should be compensated from a lawsuit. They need to have a class action lawsuit against them.OnePay
