    Dam I really wish I wud be read this reviews before opening one accounts they R THIEVES THEY STOLE $400 off my boyfriend and $500 off me they close the accounts for absolutely no reason whatsoever they have lied said they mailed out a check which never ever came. Then they got confronted about and then one of the workers admitted to lying about mailing the check. They need to be held accountable and they need to go to jail for robbing people, its not right and I am going to make big signs and post them all over *******, ********, *******, Instagram, ******* everywhere about these people as ridiculous. Thats a better business. Bureau wont do s*** about it so ****** off.

    I would like to start off & say One by far has gave me the worst banking experience ever. They close my account for disputes. Mind you I have proof I was telling the truth. Next send me a emails saying they have to perform an investigation on my account & will freeze my account until further notice. Then they decide to close my account literally the next minute. Finally I explain to them that I saved that money for a security deposit for an apartment for me, my wife, & our new born baby. They talked me in circles, gave broken promises, lied to me multiple times. Supervisor’s & representatives gave me false information multiple times. I asked them for any other way to get the funds. They gave me no other way even when I offered to add my bank account or to physically drive to any usps across the country & retrieve the letter. When I brought it up to one rep they told me to refer to the contract where they have a arbitration clause
    . This means they can do people filthy & get away with it by going to arbitration court. This company grossly mishandles their customers. They don’t care about their customers at all & really don’t deserve the trust of handling people money. Please anyone reading this take this as a strong warning. Beware of this bank!!!!!!!!!

    After getting $30 in rewards when shopping at *******, they suddenly canceled my account. When calling to ask about this the first time, they hung up on me. Second time, they wouldn't give me an explanation. So I asked to speak to supervisor, they said same thing, at which point I didn't care. But did want to be reimbursed for my rewards. A week later they sent me a check for 3 cents. Bet they had a good laugh (as did I), but something really wrong with this company.

    Ive been waiting for over a week to try to link my one account with my federal credit Union. One finance will not send an email to verify account. Basically will not let me take my money out of my account. Im ready to file a lawsuit.

    My account was compromised twice. In *** to and June. I was compensated in ten days for *** and denied in June. My account was locked, email and phone number changed. Password to email changed. Can not use it anymore. This company is a ripoff. Its not even a bank Its a technology firm

    I have been trying to pay this company out for over a week and due to them not offering any other way to make a payment there is no other option but to pay electronically. I have attempted to communicate with them via phone and email but they continue to try to over charge me by adding a few hundred dollars to the account after the first few days and now they have added an additional ******* to my bill in which my bank is not allowing to go through because if differs from the amount I communicated to my bank. It seems like these people are committing fraud and I have communicated this to them via email but no response. I called them to ask if they had a mailing address so I could mail the payment but if course I was told no and that I could only do it electronically which is strangely increasing by the day.

    ********* with the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. They refused to close my account for more than 7 months despite zero balance, zero transactions, zero debt. During each of the roughly 9 attempts I made to close my account prior to contacting BBB to lodge a formal complaint, I was told it takes 3 months to process and despite that, and my patience, nothing was ever done and I was ignored repeatedly. Under no circumstances should anyone ever give these people money. They should be shuttered. All customer service out of *****/SE Asia and it is impossible to get any actual assistance. They repeat boilerplate nonsense ad nauseum and ignore valid requests for action.

    I would not recommend this card at all especially for direct deposit. Your money will vanish and you will be asked to verify your identity by giving a code that you never receive. Something is definitely not right with this company and customer service is a joke. They will just take you in circles. If you link another account to your ********************** account and transfer ************************. The funds will disappear from your one account but will never make it to the account you transferred it to. One customer service will say wait 1 to 3 business days and after 3 business days theyll say give it 7 to 10 business days and it keeps going on and on. I recommend taking screenshots of any deposits or transfer transactions for your records when using One.

    This card company is horrible! I did an initial load of $500. I used the card twice with no problem. Last night I was at dinner and attempted to use the card and it was declined! I then received an email saying that my account was under review for fraudulent activity and my funds would not be available for up to 2 business days and that my account was under review. When I called they were absolutely NO help! I have no access to my money and cant pay bills or eat! All they told me was to keep checking my email! I want my money!
