    this company is terrible, were facing eviction from our apartment because of them. we paid our first half of rent on time and by the 7th of the same month we had a 30 day notice on our door for failure to pay rent. After making the second payment on the 15th, it said our account was suspended and our money hasnt been sent to our apartment. Flex is holding our money for whatever reason and I cannot contact them ive sent probably 6 or 7 customer service requests and cannot get anyone to help me. Its not showing our charges have been paid on our resident portal so all of our charges for the past 2 months have snowballed and are too much to pay at once for us. Dont waste your time with this company itll make everything harder on you.

    Flex asked me to confirm rent amount. Stated it was done, and then on the 5th ask to self-submit but I was already charged. When I went to self-submit it didnt work. Now Im getting an eviction notice. They took out 1st half rent but didnt pay. They respond via email only with reorganized scripts. I want my money.

    I was informed by the ************* that Flex had failed to withdraw any rent on the first for residents at our apartment complex. We had attempted to contact them via email when rent was not withdrawn on the first. They do not have a phone number for complaint resolution, and we did not receive any correspondance by the fifth, when rents for other residents were withdrawn. Our rent was not withdrawn, causing us to receive late fees and a vacate premises notice. I am a disabled Veteran, and find it unacceptable that there is no way to call someone to resolve issues when email complaints and tickets filed with the ** system are ignored. Do not use this company, they are unresponsive and border on predatory for their graceless inability to hold any manner of accountability. If you are a Veteran, avoid them. You would be better off just changing the terms of your rental agreement, at least the landlord would give you a phone number to resolve payment issues.

    Took out $600 more than what was agreed upon, when I tried to contact them there was no contact information. All they had was a email, so I sent them an email requesting a refund. It took them a week to get back to me and the response was too bad we have already sent the money. Worst experience I have ever had, didnt realize they can just take whatever amount they want and not the amount agreed upon. I am still fighting them with my bank!

    This app has caused me so much stress. While the idea having some flexibility with rent is alluring this company takes every chance to take your money. I was charged utilities THREE times in the month of November. A bill that is usually 157 was 417 dollars, not to mention its right before Christmas and times are tough for a lot of people right now. Ive emailed them countless times they responded ONCE and havent since. This isnt the first time Im having an issue with this business, often times my payments will vary ******* dollars every month, i never know what i will pay, if the app will actually work and my payment will go thru. I find myself panicked at the first of every month. So genuinely save yourself the trouble and pay it in full on the 1st i guarantee that is less stressful than dealing with this impossible company.

    I paid my 1st payment for Novembers rent. Money went through and My rent portal says no balance due but I received an email last night stating I have an outstanding balance and ny account is suspended, been sending emails and keep getting the same automated email. Theres no real person to speak to this is very confusing I need answers

    Company is horrible! They screwed up my rent two months in a row and I incurred a late fee which they would not reimburse! They should be put out of business

    Seems like our government still let these business slip through the cracks as long as they get their cut. This company has terrible business practices that should warrant an investigation but these RENTAL accommodations sets up the hook to catch everyone who didnt know about these services to fall trap. Im a veteran looking to be on the streets soon and all because of 3hrs ago i didnt put enough money on my card, I had to money but before I could even move the money to the card and pay they removed my access. The funny part is a month prior I had to get them to refund my money due to a broken early pay system. Mind you im writing this 4hrs after the due payment was sent. OHHHH better yet they did not have my posted rent balance for today in their system but still stated my rent was over balanced, HOW?

    Worse company yet, don't waste your time because they definitely waste yours and I'm not even sure how this place is in business dealing with people's credit and they have no form of communication, a big risk factor to not only your well being of paying bills but your future too who knows who behind these screens but it's not profession, they need to be audited.

They have a glitch and then I get an eviction notice.
