    I really cant believe what's been happing to me. Because of this, I've been depressed, stress, I want to run away from life. I'm a single mom. I've been using Flex for a year now. I've never had any issues with payment my rent through FLEX. Two months ago, my apartments were under new management. For some reason my portal wasn't able to connect with flex. I had to relink my property.( I FIXED IT) My neighbors had the same issue but Flex ended up paying their rent. I was in communication with flex customer service the week rent was due October 1st. I was told from FLEX that they wasn't able to pay my rent for October. ( I had to hurry and come up with full rent since I only originally had half rent for flex. I ended up with late fees from my apartment, I received an evection letter plus I was charged the flex membership fee even though they didn't cover me!! My money get taken but I don't get my rent paid?? I was told from flex that they will work on my account the next few weeks to reactivate it so I could use my account for the month of November. The past few days, I sent emails asking for the status of getting my account activated. Please tell me why I received ANOTHER email stating my rent will not be covered for the month of November. I've been very loyal to FLEX over the year! Its now November 3rd and I still have to figure out how I'm going to pay my rent in FULL! This is totally unfair!!!!! I'm sitting here crying while I type this paragraph!!!! I'm a teachers aide, I don't make much but Flex has defiantly helped over the year for me! I'm a single mom of a 6 year old. I have to go sell plasma to help cover my full rent. I only have half of it!! I have to tell my apartments that I cant use Flex once again. The last message I received from flex said they will not be activating anyone's account until December!

    I am so disappointed because Ive been using Flex since March of this year and its been great being able to cover my rent in 2 payments. Typically, Flex will charge the first payment of the month once you have the funds available to pay it (as long as its by the 5th day of the month). This policy is also stated on their website. It will notify me that I didnt have the sufficient funds to charge the 1st half of rent and will continue notifying me each day until the 5th that they werent able to charge it because of insufficient funds. This time for some reason Flex took the first half of my rent out of my account on Monday 10/31 in the middle of the night without any warning when my account did not even have the sufficient funds. I get paid on Fridays, so I was expecting it to come out on this Friday the 4th because thats when the funds would be available. I had just paid my car note and had other charges coming out of my bank as well so I was completely unprepared for the Flex payment and of course my account was overdrawn hundreds of dollars. As soon as I realized this I reached out to their customer service email trying to find out how this could possibly happen when its never happened before and Ive used this service since March (7 months) and never had this issue. I still have yet to get a response from their customer service. I have now been charged 3 overdraft fees of $34 ($102 in total) on top of the already negative balance because I have no way of getting my account back in good standing until I receive my paycheck on Friday. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service email letting them know that this is an extremely urgent issue but they obviously dont care and its very upsetting that theres no other way to get in contact with them. This is my first time looking at their BBB reviews and I am really just very upset to see that other people have experienced the same thing. I thought this was a really great company but obviously not

    I reached out to flex and rep lied. Said my account is reactivated on OCT 27th and my rent for NOV would be covered. Its November 1st and my rent is unpaid. The app says "rent paused" "not covered couldn't pay this bills month). I reached out to ******* again on OCT 27th asking when the app will be updated and she responded with "I apologize our team is still working on updating and activating your bill payment status." Every day since OCT 27th I have been checking the app to see if its been updated and NOTHING. It is stressful on a human to get told rent will be paid when its NOT. I get a late fee of $150 after the 2nd if my rent is still unpaid. Lying to customers is not the way to go! We have things to pay and need to plan ahead. Its NOV 1st and app still says the same thing. I have wrote ***** twice since 10/27 and asked when my rent will be paid with no response from her. All I got was a response from another rep that my account will be reviewed again. Why would my account need to be reviewed again if i was just approved? its some ****. This company has no customer service line, you cant reach a rep, they hide behind emails and respond when they want to. I have proof of everything in emails and will be taking this to corporate and the BBB.

    I have been using Flex since the pandemic and have found it very useful! Today I was going through my bank account and noticed Flex took my money out 7 days early which has caused me account to go negative! I went in the app to see what was going on and it appears by payment date was moved and not by me! I have always paid on the exact same days on the month. They took my membership fee out along with the second payment. I am very disappointed especially because I didnt receive any notifications that they payment was moved and they dont have a number to call!!!

    Flex always pays my rent on the first. On 10/3/2022 my rent still had not been paid. I reached out via the help email as the is no customer service number requesting info as to why my rent had not been paid yet. According to their help forum zero reasons as to why rent is not paid does not pertain to me as there are funds in my account, my info has not changed and neither has my leasing office info changed. I have never been late on rent and its now end of business on 10/05/2022 and my rent is not paid and I still have not been answered or contacted by anyone at flex. This is unacceptable as you can not mess with peoples lively hood. If emails cannot be answered in a timely fashion then a number must be provided so issues can be dealt with in order for rent to be covered regardless of who has to cover it. Now Im late on rent, its end of business so I cant even talk to my leasing office till tomorrow. This is extremely poor customer service and I demand answers as to why this has happened. Im a single father that always pays his bills on time. This should not have happened!
