    In start, when I began using Flex back in 2019 I will say I didn't have many issues. However, I have since moved and started using them again. For the amount of times I have needed to get ahold of someone and they only help via email is absolutely ridiculous and their excuse is right on their website "we don't want to make you wait." I paused my account for a brief period of maybe 4 days when *********** switched management companies to ensure the new company would accept Flex. When trying to resume, they denied my reactivation stating my credit score was a 599 (which was a crock of ****). At this point my rent was due with the new company that did accept Flex as payment in 3 days. I reached out explaining the situation (mind you Flex only requires a score of 500 to be enrolled, the denied me at an apparent 599) and couldn't get a response. I am now sweating getting closer to when rent is due. Someone finally reaches out saying they need proof with my name/date/and my current Transunion score before they will possibly reactivate me! YOU REQUIRE A 500, AND FLAT OUT SAID I HAVE A 599, SO WHAT SHOULD IT MATTER. But anyways, I did as they asked and sent over my true, much higher score, and wouldn't you know.....no response over a day later. 2/1 and my rent is due. Get a phone Flex...or a better excuse as to why you don't have one.

    Beware of this company! They consistently have issues on their end which cause nonpayment of your rent. They never address the issue you submit by email. The program only worked 3 months successfully for me and then caused rent payment and bank issues.

    This is the worst company ever. We started using them when we moved to make the burden of having to pay so much to move from one state to another, and every single month it has been one headache after another. We have our account set up to automatically withdraw from the account and every single month it doesn't happen and we have to call them to ask them what's going on. We've been hit with late fees by our apartment complex month and after month and had to have those removed because of the unreliability in making sure our rent is paid for by the 1st every month. My husband spent two days of our vacation last month while we were trying to enjoy our time trying to get someone on the phone with multiple calls made through out each day and see what's going on so we aren't charged a late fee, low and behold someone answers....on the 3rd....when we were charged a late fee. This company is garbage. If you have a better way to get things paid for, do it. We're no longer using them.

    I have been using flex since august of 2022. last month flex took the money to cover my rent out of my account (both payments) but did not pay the property. i was not aware of this until december 29 and i have sent countless emails to get this resolved with no response. i spoke with **** from flex up until the 1st of january 2023 however she stopped responding. i have no idea how to resolve this issue and its ridiculous that they have no customer service number.

    This company caused me a nsf fee and a late fee for leading me on saying **** paid my rent and didn't they took the money out of my account and haven't returned the funds and now I'm looking crazy for the month of December. The property doesn't bag you up even though they allow you to use Flex as a way to pay. This is such a disaster and this flex company defines shouldn't be recommended for and future resident it always an issue due to them not paying rent but taking fund a I'm unable to pay my rent with the online portal anymore. Which was a convenience for me

    This is the worst company I have ever bothered to use. NEVER AGAIN, they only help via emails no phones. They didn't pay my rent since Oct 2022 ** my apt complex put incorrect amounts and ever since then Flex has been zero help and they cancelled my account with no reason given and stated they will no reactivate it either and again with no reason given. HOPE they go out of business worst company ever!!!!!!

    Beware of this Company! Good idea bad customer service system! I could never get in contact with a customer service representative! ***** sent me several contradictory emails about my payment system. It took me a month to stop payments from this fraudulent company Flex. Please do not be naive like me and trust your rental property judgment becuase they are advertising a company. My apartment complex was paid to promote the company without knowing anything about the Flex. Now they have my debit card number in their system!

    I have been using Flex for about a year, due to the pandemic it was hard to keep up with my bills and rent. It had been something of a struggle. But my rental agency gave ** a break and told ** that we were given this opportunity. Some I signed up, and everything was fine until this November of 2022. Apparently they were having some kind of a service issue, and we had to self submit. I really didn't know what that was, some they emailed me the routing and account number. I did per their instructions, so I'm thinking that everything was okay because I got an email confirmation from rental office. But a few days later,I got a message that the payment had decline, despite that I had adequate funds in my account to cover the first payment and I submitted the self submit before midnight on the 5th of November. I have emailed Flex several times, and no one has gotten back to me yet!! Now I am looking at a huge late fee charge!!!

    I signed up for flex because I knew it would help me manage my rent payments. I ended up missing a payment for one month. A month goes by and the collections department reaches out to me regarding a payment plan. I responded payment plan. No response just a text back stating they were closed. Cool.November comes and I have been paying my rent manually. Flex decided to take that payment that I missed, which was also a portion of my rent money to pay for this month. The chat agent responded to me AFTER the money was taken. He states that I could get a refund then reach back out to them to split the payments in half between November and December I was cool with that. He told to reach out to that department and put in a request. I did that and the response I got was that there was nothing they could do about it. They cant do refunds which I know they can because they have it as an option to choose from when contacting them. This has put me in a hardship because now I am facing eviction with my 3 young children during the holidays. Again all they said was theres nothing we can do.

    Flex drafted November 1st rent 9 days early causing my checking account to become negative, I contacted my bank to quickly help me file a claim with this charge then I reached out to Flex by email since they dont have a customer service number. I had to wait until almost November 1st to get a response!!! They said it was a system error & offered to apply that to Novembers rent and will take care of any fees. Well Flex never paid my rent racked up fees & got an eviction notice on 11/4/22. After numerous emails sent Im still waiting on a Refund of $674.86 & No response as of 11/8/22. I quickly cancelled Flex to avoid this issue.
