    I got charged twice this month for rent and cant reach anybody. I work hard for my money and thought this would be an easier way to pay rent. NOT!!! Please give me my $508 back!!!!! I NEED MY MONEY!!!!!This happened September 15 and September 19, 2025 charged my account $508!!!!!!!!

    I have waited over ***************************************************************** and they havent. I paid my rent on time on the 4th with flex bank account and then got a notice from my apartment that my payment was returned due to no bank account found. This is insane no answer from flex about anything they seriously ****. I hope they get shut down because they are useless.

    DO NOT USE !!! For Any reason at all ! This was my first time using them . I REGRET IT ! I made both payments on time . Matter of fact my second payment , I paid early . When the first payment was made , they did send it to the leasing office. I was paid all of tie month of August . Then out of the blue on A U G U S T 22nd . I get a call from my leasing office stating the payment got returned & I still owe for the month ! Nothing is pending on my bank account . ********************** has no number to actually talk to anyone . JUST HORRIBLE . Slow at emailing back . The emails they do send doesnt get me anywhere . Now my leasing office only gave me 3 days to pay or they will start eviction process . Yet I still havent gotten my money . So Im having to pay my rent twice in one month . I dont recommend anyone to use Flex .

    Horrible service, their service is not easilly navigatable, it does not pay your rent, and it takes money and makes promises of ease when it is not a good app or company and has no clear customer service and they are not answering or refunding my money. 1/5 stars they owe me over 100$ for not sending my rent or alerting me for anything not being sent or not being accepted. These guys are modern day pirates or thieves. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

    I created an account and my rent payments were due but I have been unable to access my account to try to use ********************** for my rent this month. My account shows its disabled and I have been reaching out for over 8 days and I cannot get a response via email, through the chat, or through the phone. You cannot reach a live agent anywhere. This is poor customer service and very disheartening.

    My daughter was charged twice for rent of her apartment in July 2025. No one is helping resolve this issue. They do not have telephone support. I feel this is a predatory lending company.

    FLEX HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE JUNE 6th ABOUT MY MONEY BEING REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. EACH WEEK I TALK TO A DIFFERENT PERSON (BOT) THAT HAS NO ANSWERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND OR ANSWERS AND WONT PAY YOUR RENT

    If I could give them negative 100 I would!! Not sure how a company this bad can stay in business. Their only job is to pay my rent when I pay them? A monkey could do that, I believe!! The fact that there a million 1 star reviews says it all. I thought they were paying my rent, but they are probably a boiler room. 1 person operation. They lend the money and live off all our moneys interest when they should be paying our rent on time. Now I am behind three months and late payments show up on credit reports!!! Greystar is also shit!!!!!! Take advantage of folks that wont do anything! Well watch this mfer not do something.. I am getting multiple lawyers for this!!!

    This company currently lacks phone service. That's what their recorded message states. Why? My thoughts are so that they don't have to deal with the public and answer questions about how they are taking your money.
