    I dont understand how they keep charging me over and over for an account of a place i have not lived in for 10 months!!Its outrageous and then to have different "agents" "try" to resolve the issue when originally they shoudlve canceled the membership and refunded me the money!!Absolute fraud if you ask me.

    Over charged me by 1500 dollars, then there is no human support to call and the ** responses would not fix the problem. Would not recommend

    Every month they take out a different amount. Then they blame it on what information they receive from the apartment complex. That maybe the apartment is including utilities and the amount changes. I said no, they don't take out for that. It's a set amount. I asked for proof that they are getting this info from the apartment. Cause I have my proof that rent stays the same. So far they have no proof.

    Hello, I used Flex as intended for several months. However, I submitted the first half of my payment as normal, paid the rent using the Flex account provided, and 4 days later I received a call from my landlord that the payment was rejected due to insufficient funds in the account. I resubmitted it, and the same issue occurred (with 2 insufficient funds charges as a result totaling $70). Customer support has been a nightmare and unresponsive. The money I paid to Flex is in limbo while late fees add up from my apartment. It's a genuine nightmare, and I urge anyone reading this to steer away from this company!

    I have had Flex for my rent for 5 months. I had a problem the first time, they had the wrong address. I had a problem in March, had to do a ticket because they didn't pay my funded rent. Now, Its May and it is not paid. It is funded as always. I am very tired of this, It was supposed to alleviate my fears of late rent but it has me very scared and I should not be. I will not use Flex after this month.

    Fraudulent business. Sent my name to a collection agency saying they paid rent on a property for me that has been owned and paid for since 2001. I had never heard of this business. Impossible to contact a living person. ****** a scam company that is surely taking advantage of people.

    I chose not to use the app this month due to I had a big purchase in the middle of the month (buying a vehicle) so I just chose to pay my rent separately, but still was planning to continue to use the app! They took my monthly payment but then 4 days later canceled my account and told me to reapply obviously my credit score dropped and now I cant use the service and I havent had an option to talk to a supervisor or a manager to rectify this.

    Flex caused me over $100 in late fees by failing to pay my rent on time. I made a payment before the 1st of the month, and the app promised that any additional fees would be charged in a separate payment. Instead, flex withheld my rent from my complex without warning, causing my apartment to issue me a vacate notice. Then when I emailed them because they say they'll pay late fees if it's their fault, which this was, they told me they wouldn't pay it, and that it was my fault for not paying the additional fees (which their app said would originally be charged on a separate day). After the stress and financial strain they put me through, which caused me to deal with medical issues as well, they had the audacity to ask me to amend my 1 star review of their service. Don't use flex if you value your health, sanity, and peace of mind. Their whole company is a scam, and they know it too (check their social media - hint: their comments have been turned off and limited. I wonder why...)

    Been fighting with flex the entire week because they didn't make rent payment even though we made our payment to flex on the first. They've blamed the apartment complex for not posting the ledger which come to find out isn't even true as the complex posts the ledger every first of the month. So the App essentially provided me incorrect steps by telling me tor reach out to the complex which I did, according to them I was fine. Well 2 days goes by and on the 6th I received an email stating that rent could not be paid due to unresolved issue. However, the issue is flex, took no kidding 3 days to finally get a manager involved and still no resolution. This app is a joke and they don't take accountability for anything that clearly goes wrong on there platform.

    2/5/2025 So apparently they stop taking 1st payments on the 5th at 3pm. This company does not take into consideration of the many workers who do not get paid on the 1st of the month like myself. I get paid every other week. For example, today is the 5th...and my bank posts my check to my account after 5pm however Flex stops taking payments at 3pm which doesn't make any sense. I can understand midnight but why 3pm??? It is an inconvenience and also their are no live agents to talk to. Secondly I had to change my debit card and they have where you can deposit funds to use on future payments so when I realized that they were not paying my rent this month...I tried to withdraw my funds to my bank and now it's telling me I have to wait 24 hours because it's a new card??? Yeah this company is trash! It is not helpful at all
