    Absolute trash service. Claims to help make paying rent easier but in actuality just gives you issues no live customer support its all through email like who does have phone support thats like how customer support started and then trying to get help through these emails is like pulling teeth they are just reading a script and telling you tthwy cant do anything and if your mean enough because no one will help your lucky enough to get a manager who just reiterates all the emails you already got and says they still cant do anything. So save yourself the trouble and just talk to your complex and make arrangmemts with them. I sinceraly hope flex gets shut down they juat wanna steal your money.

    Horrible. No customer service. Do not waste your time and money on this app. Nothing but issue after issue after ISSUE! Pay your rent on your own.

    Flex was very helpful for me in the beginning of using the app. I notified flex about 3 weeks in advance regarding me moving out of my apartment complex by email ( cant get in touch by phone) that I will no longer be at the complex so the apartment complex wouldn't be getting free money. I also went into Flex app to cancel the payment from coming out as well. Within 2 weeks after moving $505.00 came out of my account and I emailed ********************** and was told to reach out to my apartment complex regarding the issue. I called the apartment complex up and was told they didn't receive any money from Flex. I decided to file a claim with my bank First Horizon and within 10 business days was told they couldn't assist with this matter. I called the apartment complex and I asked for corporate number. I haven't heard from corporate yet. I suspect that Flex decided to take my money and run with it. I wish I would have done more research on this company before doing business with them. Please assist with this matter. This company needs -10 stars. I'm a unhappy customer.

    This app is very misleading. There are no REAL humans to interact with. You can only send emails and even then its like a robot is responding because they never respond clearly. If you ever pay late they will send constant emails asking you to pay and an offer if paid before a specific date which will allow you to use the app the next month. Everything is not true because as soon as you pay they suspend your account indefinitely. I understand that they want the payment on time but they give no ****** And if you try to email to speak with a person on why you are suspended they just tell you to try again after thirty days. The app is very misleading. No one wants to constantly send emails to a AI ?? all the time. Get some real humans!

    USELESS!! MY RENT IS NOT BEING PAID BY FLEX DUE TO A "PAST DUE BALANCE" THAT I DO NOT HAVE. I EVEN PROVIDED PROOF FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER WHO STATED THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT PAST DUE AND FLEX STILL COULDNT RESOLVE MY ISSUE. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DO RESPOND THE INFORMATION IS NOT HELPFUL.

    Completely unfair and unethical! They tell you that you can change the date you wish to have your rent paid before they get the approval of the property manager. This nearly caused me to get evicted! They also lowered the amount that they would pay for me without any notification!DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My November 1st payment was taken. On the 5th I received notice due to their error, the payment didn't go through. Payments were blocked on the payment website because of the returned payment on Flex's end. I had to purchase money orders, was charged $200 extra dollars in fees, and now I can't make online payments for 6 months. I am fortunate that I was able to make the payment before my refund, but was served with a 7 day notice. This is only my 2nd month here. It's very embarrassing. They have ONE JOB! To pay rent!

    The company has a terrible response timeframe. You'll get late fees from your management company, leasing office and Flex will still reply once every 24 hours. They've caused me to have late fees. They've messed up my account and won't respond back in a timely manner. It's all these issues and glitches and unresolved issues and they never can tell me upfront. It takes two or three days just to get something resolved that have nothing to do with me. Just very unhappy with the app.

    This company has shady practices and incompetent staff, and I seriously doubt the validity of this company/service. They make agreements with you then back out of the agreement they made with you at the last minute. I would steer clear if I were you.

    This app used to be helpful now they just want a dollar for every lil thing. My rent is ******* but with Flez it comes out to be over 1400. What a joke...I will be deleting the app and find other ways to split my rent. FLEX NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND NOT USED BY *****
