    Terrible company. They keep taking payment's without authorization even after you move out. There is NO live contact person, even sending online msg through their website will get you nowhere. Never use them. If you do be prepared to close your bank account to stop them.

    I would give him a negative star if I could. I paid over $1000 for my first portion of the rent and they never paid my apartment complex so I had to pay an additional $1200 to my apartment complex so I did not get kicked out, the app and they told me that there is nothing that they can do about the Situation. And if I wanted to continue using their service that I would have to come up with the $1100 for the first payment which I do not have because I had to pay $1200 directly to the apartment complex because Flex paid never paid my rent.

    I was frustrated that I was suspended out of one time I had a hard ship they suspended my account because of being late by a couple hours on the 5th. Then they told me my bank didnt show I had money or income because I borrowed money from my check due to a bad patch because I was sick with COVID. I offered to send check stubs no consideration. Im better off without flex. Im in a deeper hole because of no consideration of human circumstances.

    They haven't paid my rent, they have taken and extra 500. Out of my account, on top of the initial 2 payments to pay my rent and the ***** fee. I cant reach anyone on a phone all you get is a robot. I need my money back and my rent paid. Also now in order to block them I have to get a new card, at my own expense. They are horrible and I can't believe I fell for this c*** It made me select a star rating, because they get a 0 from me not a 1 star . Taking advantage of many people and ruining peoples credit ??

    I really have no stars to give about this company. It doesnt take into consideration, real familial rental situations and there is no human contact except through email which is very inconsistent. I am still waiting on a response for an issue that is ongoing and has compromised me and my familys safety. Clearly, this is a company that is not about helping people at all, but rather helping themselves.

    The worst app to use ! I cant seem to get in touch with anybody the *** will write you for a while then they will stop ***lying My refund went to TWO different accounts where the one for the full amount declined , and the other just gave ******* so Im missing ****** , this is by far the worst experience i have came across and the last because i will not be using this app again! How do you run a business but the customer are not able to get in contact with anyone by phone to get there problems resolve ? I dont see how they are still in business this app needs to be shut down !

    Well, this is going to be a long one. Right off the bat, I wasn't impressed with Flex. For one, all communication is done by email with no number to call. I used them for the last two months of rent and was not happy. My bank shows the withdrawal but their app shows not paid.Then the total only changed by $14, but my first payment was $80 more than last ******** me, it seems so far that they will be giving me a different amount every month even though the rent isn't changing.Just very confusing.

    This is the worst application/company I have ever used in my life. There is zero chance of talking to a customer service *** over the phone or in chat. I had a major issue a few months ago because my check from where I work wasnt deposited in my account by the cut off time on the rent due date which is in eastern time. Im in mountain time. I like millions of other people live from pay check to pay check, no reserves on hand and I was desperately trying to avoid a late fee at my apartment complex. The app tries several times to take the payment out of you account. If you dont have money in your account by the last time it trys to take the payment out which is in eastern standard time then youre late. I to make the payment manually. That didnt work. There was a number to call which tells you that you CANT talk to anyone on the phone. The best you can hope for is a *** through chat bot. They have a certain amount of time to respond to your email. The customer service people essentially ***eat the same info word for word thats in the ***** Its a waste of time. I moved from the apartment complex several weeks ago. Went into the app after my last past was made and turned off auto pay. Canceled my membership because I was moving. I just saw that they are still taking the membership fee out of my account. Im furious because of course I CANT talk to anyone.

    Terrible customer service and I would think for someone that is trying to take care of a balance it would be better... I guess not
