    Horrible. This company is reporting false information on my TransUnion credit report. I have no idea who they are.

    I have been using Flex for over a year now. It is a company that pays your rent by allowing you to split the total into two payments. Its been working fine until this month. The app shows me now that my rent wasnt paid. However i have reached out to them via email (4 times) since they dont have a phone number and still havent received an email back. They didnt pay my rent for the month of February and my funds were available. Now im having to pay more for rent due to the lack of communication and their constant service issues. Ive also since then had to move the funds from the account i use for ********************** to a different account to make a payment to my rent office that is a completely different total for my rent because of late fees and evictions fees. I am a single parent with a fixed income and this is very unprofessional and has definitely been a big inconvenience for me. I just need to know what they are willing to do to fix the problem.

    Beware of this company! They consistently have issues on their end which cause nonpayment of your rent. They never address the issue you submit by email. The program only worked 3 months successfully for me and then caused rent payment and bank issues.

    This is the worst company ever. We started using them when we moved to make the burden of having to pay so much to move from one state to another, and every single month it has been one headache after another. We have our account set up to automatically withdraw from the account and every single month it doesn't happen and we have to call them to ask them what's going on. We've been hit with late fees by our apartment complex month and after month and had to have those removed because of the unreliability in making sure our rent is paid for by the 1st every month. My husband spent two days of our vacation last month while we were trying to enjoy our time trying to get someone on the phone with multiple calls made through out each day and see what's going on so we aren't charged a late fee, low and behold someone answers....on the 3rd....when we were charged a late fee. This company is garbage. If you have a better way to get things paid for, do it. We're no longer using them.

    This is the worst company I have ever bothered to use. NEVER AGAIN, they only help via emails no phones. They didn't pay my rent since Oct 2022 ** my apt complex put incorrect amounts and ever since then Flex has been zero help and they cancelled my account with no reason given and stated they will no reactivate it either and again with no reason given. HOPE they go out of business worst company ever!!!!!!

    Beware of this Company! Good idea bad customer service system! I could never get in contact with a customer service representative! ***** sent me several contradictory emails about my payment system. It took me a month to stop payments from this fraudulent company Flex. Please do not be naive like me and trust your rental property judgment becuase they are advertising a company. My apartment complex was paid to promote the company without knowing anything about the Flex. Now they have my debit card number in their system!

    I have been using Flex for about a year, due to the pandemic it was hard to keep up with my bills and rent. It had been something of a struggle. But my rental agency gave ** a break and told ** that we were given this opportunity. Some I signed up, and everything was fine until this November of 2022. Apparently they were having some kind of a service issue, and we had to self submit. I really didn't know what that was, some they emailed me the routing and account number. I did per their instructions, so I'm thinking that everything was okay because I got an email confirmation from rental office. But a few days later,I got a message that the payment had decline, despite that I had adequate funds in my account to cover the first payment and I submitted the self submit before midnight on the 5th of November. I have emailed Flex several times, and no one has gotten back to me yet!! Now I am looking at a huge late fee charge!!!

    I really cant believe what's been happing to me. Because of this, I've been depressed, stress, I want to run away from life. I'm a single mom. I've been using Flex for a year now. I've never had any issues with payment my rent through FLEX. Two months ago, my apartments were under new management. For some reason my portal wasn't able to connect with flex. I had to relink my property.( I FIXED IT) My neighbors had the same issue but Flex ended up paying their rent. I was in communication with flex customer service the week rent was due October 1st. I was told from FLEX that they wasn't able to pay my rent for October. ( I had to hurry and come up with full rent since I only originally had half rent for flex. I ended up with late fees from my apartment, I received an evection letter plus I was charged the flex membership fee even though they didn't cover me!! My money get taken but I don't get my rent paid?? I was told from flex that they will work on my account the next few weeks to reactivate it so I could use my account for the month of November. The past few days, I sent emails asking for the status of getting my account activated. Please tell me why I received ANOTHER email stating my rent will not be covered for the month of November. I've been very loyal to FLEX over the year! Its now November 3rd and I still have to figure out how I'm going to pay my rent in FULL! This is totally unfair!!!!! I'm sitting here crying while I type this paragraph!!!! I'm a teachers aide, I don't make much but Flex has defiantly helped over the year for me! I'm a single mom of a 6 year old. I have to go sell plasma to help cover my full rent. I only have half of it!! I have to tell my apartments that I cant use Flex once again. The last message I received from flex said they will not be activating anyone's account until December!

    I am so disappointed because Ive been using Flex since March of this year and its been great being able to cover my rent in 2 payments. Typically, Flex will charge the first payment of the month once you have the funds available to pay it (as long as its by the 5th day of the month). This policy is also stated on their website. It will notify me that I didnt have the sufficient funds to charge the 1st half of rent and will continue notifying me each day until the 5th that they werent able to charge it because of insufficient funds. This time for some reason Flex took the first half of my rent out of my account on Monday 10/31 in the middle of the night without any warning when my account did not even have the sufficient funds. I get paid on Fridays, so I was expecting it to come out on this Friday the 4th because thats when the funds would be available. I had just paid my car note and had other charges coming out of my bank as well so I was completely unprepared for the Flex payment and of course my account was overdrawn hundreds of dollars. As soon as I realized this I reached out to their customer service email trying to find out how this could possibly happen when its never happened before and Ive used this service since March (7 months) and never had this issue. I still have yet to get a response from their customer service. I have now been charged 3 overdraft fees of $34 ($102 in total) on top of the already negative balance because I have no way of getting my account back in good standing until I receive my paycheck on Friday. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service email letting them know that this is an extremely urgent issue but they obviously dont care and its very upsetting that theres no other way to get in contact with them. This is my first time looking at their BBB reviews and I am really just very upset to see that other people have experienced the same thing. I thought this was a really great company but obviously not
