    Our property was taken over by new ownership in NOVEMBER of 2021, at which point the Flex service ended. We no longer work with Flex but they are continuously sending communications to my residents that they can still set up payments through Flex. The residents do so, and then their payment goes missing because Flex is no longer able to deposit these funds due to the ownership change. I have requested multiple times that Flex stop sending these communications to my residents, even had a rep confirm this would no longer occur, but they are still going out. Since I have not had any real resolution to this issue, I am reaching out via BBB because this service is scamming my residents out of their money resulting in erroneous late fees being charged. REMOVE MY PROPERTY FROM YOUR EMAIL LISTS PERMANENTLY.

    4 Months of me pressing the Cancel membership button and it does not engage. Flex conveniently continues to charge my account. Multiple tickets submitted to customer service, support, and security. With nothing but the runaround. Good job on building one of the greatest scams of all time.

    My apartment complex recently changed management companies and the tenents have to pay their rent online or it is not accepted. The rent amount changes monthly so you do not even know an estimate of what your bill is after utilities and service charges are added. They have a service called click pay which you have to pay rent on. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. I am on a fixed income with social security so I pay on the 3rd. I got an email from Flex Pay to sign up with them to pay my rent 2 days before the end of prior month and only pay half (of estimated rent) and choose a second payment for rest owed. If payment is over the rent, it should be credit shown on rent portal. July 1st came, I checked on click pay's portal and my rent was ****** and not paid when Flex says they paid it. I checked again on the 3rd of July, still no payment noted. I reached out to click pay and Flex about it and had no good answer from either one. I paid the rent in full with my social security check so rent would not be late. Meanwhile, Flex took ****** from my bank's credit card on 7/1/23 and I tried to un-enroll from Flex online using the link provided by them. Would not do it, re-enrolled me instead. I called my bank to freeze my credit card before the 15th of July so they could not take any more money out. They said they did. I get an email from Flex saying they were taking ****** plus ***** monthly fee for their services. Called the bank again spoke to dispute **** and they said they were disputing it, but since it was a service I signed up for they could still take money out of the supposedly frozen card. Now I owe Flex Finance, my credit card, and my rent which shows a credit which they do not apply to the rent, which I paid myself, and will not pay back to Flex either! I am the big loser here and everybody else is a BIG winner!

    DO NOT USE!!!! This company has absolutely no customer service. No one answers until days sometimes weeks after you try contacting them and they have no phone number at all. They do not help pay rent, they just want to have your money. Theres constant issues where sometimes they dont actually pay your rent no matter how much money you give them. With my problem, they have now caused me to get evicted because no body responds and with my issue, I have been waiting for help from someone since June 16th, 2023.

    On the first of the month I authorized Flex Finance to deduct ****** from my bank card. They put a pending charge on my acct. Today is the 7th. They have yet to pay my rent or return my money. I now have late fees and an eviction notice. I have used this company for a few months now and no issues until this month. Theres no contact number for them. You can write them thru email but they all just send you links to the Flex App which Im return still does nothing!! Im frustrated beyond belief. You can chat with a robot lol.. yeah right!! Plz plz help me get my money back. Its just floating around while my rent still isnt paid

    I never signed up for Flex but now apparently my credit report is showing I have a line of credit open with them. I tried to email them to ask since they dont have a number but is like a chat bot responding. Im pretty sure a lawsuit is well on their way for their scamming

    They are criminals they reopen a closed account by researching my personal information without my permission. Im contacting a lawyer I would never do business with flex. Unethical fraudulent behavior committed fraud by pulling a soft credit report without my permission. I file a complaint with the credit bureau and the BBB Im contacting the attorney general they are a disgusting ?? group of its

    I had an overall good experience with flex from 2021-2022. However, I requested my account be closed in May 2022, because I was moving to a new apartment, and received a confirmation email from flex saying my account was deactivated. Fast forward to June 2023 (have not used flex in over a year), Im getting emails that my account is going to either be paused or canceled if I dont take action. I reached out to customer service, and they said my account was now deactivated. But the email confirmation I got was that it was paused not deactivated. In addition, they didnt take the time to answer any of my questions/concerns. Still waiting on another response from them, but its very sketchy and malicious behavior. Its sad they dont have any customer service phone number to get in contact with someone and that they dont seem to care opening/closing/pausing accounts that can affect peoples credit report. DO NOT USE FLEX RENT.

    I cancelled my Flex account weeks ago. I have documentation/emails confirming this. They still took rent money from my account after this. Im unable to contact anyone. I submitted a ticket and still havent received a response.
