    This is the worst excuse for a company there is! I would give it minus 10 if I could. They have messed up my credit report by reporting a false charge they say is delinquent. There is no payment due to them whatsoever! I am disputing this and will continue to do so until this company corrects this with all the credit reporting agencies and sends to me in writing that there is no debt to them whatsoever!I DO NOT owe them one *****. They should pay all of us who have been affected adversely by their actions.It's too bad companies like this one take advantage of people.

    This company is awful!I am charged a couple of hundreds dollars pay per check, but for some reason some payments have never been posted to my FSA account.Contacted the company multiple times, i was told to contact HR (it's their responsibility to contact HR). I can't find any information for about a year. It's like a circle and it's not fair to their customers. Do not recommend this company at all.

    I have been trying to get a refund from flex since the beginning of ****, it is now January 16th and they are constantly just telling me I will be updated shortly. The last email was 4 days ago. The fact this company has no customer service is not ok and makes it bad for users. All of the people who ask me about it this is the first and biggest flaw I let them know about.

    This has been the worst experience ever I submitted a ACH payment through this company and the took my first payment and 5 days later reversed the payment my money they took is still not in my acct. have reached out several times sent all of the details and information that they need because due to there error it causes me late fees and Im still unable to pay my rent and I have been in contact through email another issue with this company you cant speak to a person and then they are acting as if this is my fault This is supposed to help using there services but it has created a mess and they are not doing anything about it.This company in my opinion is not worth the hassle because once they cause any inconvenience they will refuse to help you with the issue they cause I would not Recommend them at all

    No customer service. Should be a zero. The amount changes on the due date so it's hard to tell how much exactly I'm paying until the due date which is not helpful at all. I've had more than one issue and can never get any customer service to resolve the issue. I tried to submit a request but only gives you certain options to from a drop down menu which only help so much especially when there's only 3 options to choose from.

    I would rate this service a zero due to their poor customer service. They don't have a phone number to contact them, and it takes them forever to respond to emails. They claimed that I have a due balance on my account, which is not true. I provided them with all the necessary documents to prove that, and they have access to my rent portal where they can verify it. They failed to withdraw the rent from my account, and as a result, I had to pay the full rent with a 20% penalty fee. After that, they suspended my account. I have been trying to prove that I don't have any due balance and that Flex didn't pay my last rent for no valid reason, although they took the monthly fees for the service they did not provide. I tried to get help from them, but they only send auto-responses to all the emails.

    Deducted my first payment and didnt pay my rent. Now I am trying to get a refund back, its the 7th. Super stressful and not animiste response. No customer service. How can they take advantage of people this way. I need my full refund, late fees and membership fee refunded. Do not waste your time here. Too stressful. Just pay your rent in full!!!!

    They continued to take money out of my account after my lease was up. I contacted customer service with the lease and they gave me some BS answer about how I didnt cancel their service so over a year later, it is on my credit report as a collection and Im trying to buy a house!! This makes me so angry, but there is no way to contact them, I would not use them to make rent payments for you!
