    I'm a busy person, like most...you Want to be able to manage things easily and quickly with little hassle as possible. Flex helps you do this while also making sure you're informed and aware of what's going on with your finances....so for easy help, credit rebuilding, easier money management issues, whatever the case....Flex has got you covered....and willing to deal with and handle things in an easy to understand and manage way....thank you Flex

    They paid my rent the first two months or so. This month they are claiming there is a problem with my card. The bank said my card is fine. I even switched my money to a different card and get the same message. Now my rent is late.

    Flex owes me $157.06 because they did an unauthorized transaction and caused me to get charged a $28 overdraft fee with my credit union and it took hours to get an agent to respond and I cancelled weeks ago because I am not paying $15.99 a month and I shouldn't have been charged $157.06 and they need a actual live telephone representative and not this deal on there page to help I got on flex about 8:00 this morning and didn't get in contact with an agent until around 10am if I could give them a zero I would

    4/4/24 I followed the prompt from the help center to manually make a payment by toggling off the auto pay option. The application would not let me make the payment manually so I toggled the auto pay back on and then it told me I was all set for next month. I go back to the home screen and there is a message saying my april rent will not be paid. I reach out to customer service and they say that a payment will not be made until may. Im pregnant. My apartment gave me a 3 day eviction notice and told me I have to figure it out with flex. I am going to be homeless. Customer service is no help.

    They breached contract using unauthorized accounts for payment. Card on file was not used per contract details and deadline for payment processing was not upheld. Backdoored an unrelated checking account resulting in overdraft by contacting the propertymanager. ******************* relinquished my checking account details and **************** are Liars and thieves because they authorized the payment against my wishes. DO NOT USE THIS APP. They charge $14.99 to steal your money. Beware!

    Using Flex. was fine at first but now that I have moved from my apartment and cancelled my account and subscription with them, have charged me again for the second time!!! I need my money back IMMEDIATELY!! I have a newborn and NEED my money!!!!!! I want a representative to CALL me. None of that email, chatbot bullsh****

    I signed up with Flex to help me stagger my rent payments. A few days ago, Flex withdrew my first payment of $1104.94 from my bank account, as agreed. Today, my full rent of $1894 was withdrawn from my account, leaving me flat broke! I want a refund of the $1104.94, so that I can cancel my Flex membership, but their website/app doesn't help at all, and they don't answer their customer support line. The "help" in their app just takes me around in circles! I need to get this money back immediately, and I can't get in contact with them!

    Ive been trying to pay the second payment of my rent since 2/15/2024. I changed my card information after I paid the first payment, now it wont accept the second payment. This is ridiculous, I shouldnt have to pay a late fee nor should my credit be affected since this is completely THEIR FAULT. I advise this company to get an ACTUAL phone number with REAL people to talk to!!
