1 starI was charged the initial fee to use the program which was $29.98 and know where on the app did it state that California was not apart of the 4 payment plan. They did not inform me until I paid that amount. I instantly cancelled my membership once I seen I wasnt offered the program and they refuse to send me my money back. They need to state what states qualify ! I obviously need the payment plan because Im struggling. Without stating what states qualify, this is false advertisement. I just want my money back.

5 starsI love this company! Very thankful that this company exist; you get a credit limit, which is the maximum amount they will advance for your bill. That can be totally used to pay off a bill, or if you have bills that don't satisfy the maximum limit, you can pay multiple bills until the limit is reached. after repaying the bill, your limit goes back up. They don't currently have phone contact for customer service inquiries or issues, but the customer service has contact through email and they are extremely quick, professional, and beneficial. Anytime I had an issue verifying a bill, means of payment, or payment issue; it was resolved within an hour. Never had an issue where he customer service didn't resolve, even if the app "can't help" the customer service team can assist where technology may fail us.Deferit, Inc.
