    If I could give them zero stars I would. I believe they are a scam. Took my processing fee Sunday and it's still not paid. I uploaded my bill and they just keep sending messages that it's hard to read. I reached out to the customer service, sent emails and have not gotten a response. They say they respond within 24 hours but they don't. They need to be looked into as a scam

    If I. Could write this company? I want to give it to 0. My daughter uses app to help her. Make payments on her electric bill. Her husband has been at work for a month. So they fell behind on their bills. Should she use this company because they were supposed to help her make payments on it. Her bill was like $800. So they were pressed to take out 400 and the rest she was going to make payments, but they ended up taking all of her money out of the bank yesterday and here we are 930 at night, almost And no power on we have children.There's no contacremember I feel.This is a scam and they should be looked into for scaring people. If this company is legit, they should have a phone number to contact them in case something goes wrong but they do not. I wouldn't use this company, so here we AR possibly her bill was Pacific 11, the clock last night and here we are. Nine thirty m s p m and there is no electricity so don'today is his company!

    Yes I love defeit helps me when I need it I started off a year ago with deferit they started off with 200 credit now Im up to 400 as long as you pay payment it will increase more . And give you 4 installment . And also help raise my credit

    I have not had an issue that has not been resolved. Yes it take some time for them to get back but with a growing business they do they best to respond within the time frame, if they are not able to get back right away. I can say they do fix the issue and everything is handled as agreed. I thank you so much for working with me and giving me the opportunity to move my payment date when its not available on the app. If I could use it for everything I would. Great company continue to thrive and grow your business.

    I will give the Firm five stars. Ive currently been using them for five months. They save my life. Pay the **** ***** but I will say the last two months maybe because its been a high volume in customers they normally get back with you within 48 hours, but its been a little longer but bear with them. They are very helpful. ****** has been a very great employee representative. Thank you for all that you do. I know your job can be hectic, but this app has genuinely saved me

    Took forever to pay my ******* bill, that my service got shut off and had to pay it myself. Its been like pulling teeth trying to get a refund from them and their only method of contact is email, and they take forever to respond. Considering filing a dispute with my bank at this point.
