5 starsThis company is absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to help their customers out and customer is satisfied with their help! I had a concern about my credit report,I chatted with *** prob no later than 4pm on a Thursday afternoon,he was also wonderful with all his help and knowledge, about my concerns,he told me he was putting in a "ticket" to one of their customers Heros and they would be in touch with me within 24 ****** 6:30pm same night I was pleasantly suprised at how quick i had gotten an email back from *****,explaining in detail what would or would not affect my credit score,we emailed back to one another about 2-3 x's more each with questions/concerns and she went beyond to make sure my concerns were eased and if I needed anything else please don't hesitate to get in touch with someone there! I haven't had a great company experience like I did today with both *** and *****,in a very long time!! Anymore you gotta BOT answering ya and not doing g anything to help! I'll recommend these guys to ALL my friends and family!!! Thanks again guys!!

I have dealt with this company for a few months now, and it has helped me in so many ways when I didn't have full payment, and I also came across a representative by the name of ***** that helped me out a lot during a time that I was having due to the shutdown, she was very understanding very caring And I will continue to use this company as long as it's around ??

1 starDefer it is scamming its customers by making you pay for a subscription without telling you how theyre able to help. A bill thats 250 needs to be paid, but first you need to subscribe. Okay, pay the 15 dollars only to tell me that they are only going to pay 150. That doesnt help at all! In addition to that, they also want to hold an additional 40 bucks until after the first payment and of course, the first payment of the four payments. Obviously one is using the service to save money, why would you do such a thing. This business practice is rather predatory and taking advantage of peoples situation to benefit. You should be upfront as to what you can help with at least before charging someone a subscription fee and only to tell them through your robot terrible customer service no refunds. This company practices needs to be looked into for taking advantage of the consumer in this regard. Horrible!

4 starsI have had no issues with a bill being paid online, it does take approximately 2-3 hours for the bill to process but I had received confirmation about the bills from the merchant about it successfully being paid. Definitely a life saver. The credit portion works as well and reflect on my credit report. Im just waiting for my rent payment to post been a few days and a higher limit. If the rent (check ) post soon I say they rock. Definitely need a phone number especially with certain concerns.

5 starsI have been utilizing this service for years now, and I have been very satisfied with how handy it has been to be of assistance for me. I definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is I hope they can bring back their referral program because I even refer to leasing offices at *********** have stayed at to partner with Deferit as well and to get some sort of credit or referral for anyone that signs up would be very helpful

1 starIf I could give them zero stars, I would. I signed up for their services, paid their fee and made a payment to them for $50. Three weeks later the bill that they said that they were going to pay for $200 not only is still not paid, but they are still taking money out of my account even though Ive contacted them repetitively through their chat because by the way, thats the only way to contact them and their chat says that someone will email you when they get a chance the only thing they email me is telling me that theyve paid it. *** requested a refund and today I was charged again! Ive already had to go and pay my bill at this point so now Im just paying them and my bill. Absolutely horrible business do not use them.
