    Great customer service. The process is simple. Will keep using the product for as long as I need it. There is some cost on your end, but thats with everything. In the end Im saving money as a result.

    I will give the Firm five stars. Ive currently been using them for five months. They save my life. Pay the **** ***** but I will say the last two months maybe because its been a high volume in customers they normally get back with you within 48 hours, but its been a little longer but bear with them. They are very helpful. ****** has been a very great employee representative. Thank you for all that you do. I know your job can be hectic, but this app has genuinely saved me

    Took forever to pay my ******* bill, that my service got shut off and had to pay it myself. Its been like pulling teeth trying to get a refund from them and their only method of contact is email, and they take forever to respond. Considering filing a dispute with my bank at this point.

    This company takes your money, accepts your bill and then notifies you later that it isn't a company they work with. Really?? *************** isn't an acceptable bill? And it is prefilled in your drop down list, but you can't pay them? Liars and scammers.

    Were sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to clarify. We previously supported *************** bill payments; however, due to recent changes from the ******, we can no longer process them online. *************** now requires logging in with sensitive account credentials, which we are prohibited from requesting or storing to protect user privacy. In addition, they do not accept check payments, leaving us without a secure way to complete these transactions. We do, however, still support Spectrum Cable.

    We understand this may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Weve since replied directly to your email to discuss your options and how you'd wish to proceed.

    Deferit took the deposit never sent the check for the bill which in return put me even more behind than I already was, they are definitely scamming people and not a real company ! I want my money back !

    Very Good Services , The Pay In 4 Is Very Easy & Gets Paid Within A Couple Hours , Also If Hardships Come Around Its Very Easy To Email Them And Explain Yourself And They Will Try To Work With You As Much As Possible , I Love Using The App Just To Split My Bill Because It Goes Towards My Credit In A Positive Way , Therefore I Will Use It As Long As I Can & I Will Always Refer People To Use It As Well

    knowingly took my $14.99 membership knowing that my state was not on the service. I have asked for a refund no answer. I would not use this company.

    absolutely horrendous processing times. bills being paid and utilities being turned off because it takes them hours and days to process a bill that could be paid within seconds online. using this app in a hunch but it just exacerbates the stress. charging customers for terrible service and absolutely NO genuine customer support.

    This company is perfection all around. The website is easy to use and the customer service is top notch. If I leave a message, it has always been answered within hours or the next day. This has saved me so many times before. I will gladly pay the $14.99 monthly fee for the outstanding service they provide me. ***** on such a great company.
