Poor Customer Support and Inconsistent Refund Policy
I’m extremely disappointed with how ClassPass handled my refund request. Due to a debilitating medical condition, I was unable to use their service for several months. Despite explaining my circumstances and providing proof of ongoing doctor visits for my illness, ClassPass refused to issue a refund for charges spanning this period or the reinstatement of all of my credits.
Initially, I was informed that I would receive a refund for four months of charges. However, they later reversed this decision, stating that I used credits for one month. This is simply untrue, as my medical condition left me unable to attend any classes. Their response shows a lack of compassion and inconsistency in applying their own policies, which state that refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances.
As a loyal customer, I trusted ClassPass to handle my situation fairly, but I was met with rigid policies and poor communication. I would caution anyone considering ClassPass to be aware that they are inflexible in addressing unique circumstances, even those involving health issues.
I hope ClassPass reevaluates how they treat customers with legitimate concerns. Avoiding the fraudulent and misleading behaviors.

ClassPass is fraudulent and deceitful! I signed up for a micro-needling service with a company by the name of ************* here in ***, and I signed up through ClassPass. I PURCHASED EXTRA CREDITS FOR THIS SERVICE. After signing up and paying for extra credits, the service provider emailed me and informed me that she had overbooked the time I selected. This is strange, because her ClassPass schedule is completely open on the day I wanted the service. So I asked for an earlier time on the same day; she, then, stated that she was completely booked the enitre day! BUT HER CLASSPASS SCHEDULE IS COMPLETELY OPEN THE DAY I WANTED THE SERVICE! I specifically purchased extra credits to go and see her that day! ClassPass took me through the ringer by initially ignoring my claim, and then offering to cancel my subscription and refund me my subscription cost! WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. The service provider is a fraud and so is ClassPass for not seeing how dishonest and deceitful they are for supporting the service provider and not rectifying the situation.

I dont have a problem with the services or the app, however the customer service is so poor its very upsetting. They claim to give you a referral fee of $30 for each member that signs up using your link and only received one payment after 3 friends became paying members and its been 2 months since they joined and 1 month after becoming paying members (mind you they usually take 2 weeks to give payment after the referral has become a paying member). Ive been trying to chat with customer service for several days over the last week and it takes forever to get someone on the line and the moment you open another browser all of a sudden you get a message saying hi this is so and so, how may help you? Oh it looks like youre busy so Im going to leave the chat The audacity after youve been waiting for an hour! Ive just about had it with customer service. Im still on an open chat with Ems for the last 3+ hours who has not said a thing after my last question. Ive had to contact them regarding my referrals and still havent received a fee for another - which they are giving me such a hard time for and which I shouldnt have to do in the first place. The bots were more useful that the real agents to be quite honest. Such a waste of time!!!

Zero customer service. Their AI bot says "A specialist will join this chat shortly! Please hang tight, our team will be available within 4 minutes, but usually faster than that!" when in fact I have waited 30 minutes on two different occassions and given up.

Did a free trial and loved it so I was gifted a gift card for my birthday. I redeemed the gift card for an upgrade before the trial was over. Not only was I charged for the full amount of the gift card but I was charged TWICE for 2 different plans. I tried to resolve the issue with their customer service chat but was gaslit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

ClassPass? More Like ClassFail. Avoid at All Costs.I am beyond disappointed with ClassPass and its absolute failure as a fitness app. I was attempting to book an 11:00 AM class at 10:59 AM, only to find myself completely locked out mid-booking. A simple task that should be handled in seconds turned into a nightmare. Not only did the app fail to let me book, but it also led me into the torturous experience of trying to get help via their customer service chatif we can even call it that.I waited ********************************************************** customer service standards. When someone finally appeared, they didnt even speak English. After another 10 minutes of a painfully frustrating language barrier, I finally pieced together that they couldnt assist me with my issue. Not only could they not book the class for me, but they couldnt even override the block that the app itself had triggered. This company is clearly unprepared to support users with basic customer **************************** shows blatant disregard for its users, shoving them into automated black holes, hiring **** who dont speak the language of the user, and, worst of all, offering no solutions. Its clear theyre more invested in collecting subscription fees than actually ensuring anyone can use their services. And to top it off, Im still on the free trialimagine paying for such incompetence! This experience has made it abundantly clear that I will never sign up for a paid membership, and I urge anyone considering this app to think twice. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not waste a single second on ClassPass. Its all gimmick and zero service, an absolute mockery of what a fitness app should be.

I signed up with $5 "get started" sale, and got 25 credits when i UPGRADED to a full account, they took my 25 credits AWAY and said that I can no longer use them on my full plan. This company takes so much money and has so many crazy restrictions I will never EVER use them again. God forbid you cancel within 12 HOURS you pay basically full price for the class.

As the owner of a small fitness studio, Class Pass has continually called me for years. I sometimes listen to their pitch but in the end, their business model simply doesn't match my business. The calls have become more frequent and I have asked not to be contacted. Most recently, I was forced to be rude to the girl that called. She indicated we were a VIP account (we've NEVER used them, so I'm not sure how stupid she thought I was). After this phone conversation, she showed up to my business the following week in person with a bag of candy. Lucky for her, my husband was with a client and was polite. This is borderline harassment. At this point, I wouldn't use them even if it helped my business
