      This company deserves the poor ratings they get I had intended to buy two tickets to ******, the site was experiencing some problems and ended up with four tickets. Within minutes of this happening, I called customer service to let them know of the duplicate tickets. I informed them that I wanted only two tickets SeatGeek told me that their policy is that all of our sales are final, and we are not able to cancel your orders as requested. I informed I no longer wanted anything from them and that I felt this was deceptive and unfair. I reported this to my Bank card as a dispute, I was given credit for the duplicate tickets, but they stated I had used the tickets. This is a lie I refused the tickets never claimed them, and never attended the show. I have their employee sympathy but a total refusal for reimbursement with no remorse or business ethics. How can you charge somebody for a product or service you do not want or used. I will seek reimbursement at this time, so far, they seem to think its correct to take your money. THIS IS UNAMERICAN

      Ripped me off $174. They werent releasing the tickets. So bought other ones and went to take back using their return policy and within timeframes and then the seller released the tickets. The seller was waiting for a better deal and then when I didnt want to wait because I needed to know I had tickets, they released the tickets. I had already returned the other tickets in that section and bought new ones. Try to fight it but they asked for things that there website would not provide because they delete things once the event is passed.

      Seatgeek is by far the worst ticket company I have ever used. I traveled to ***** for a concert with my son and his friends. I was unable to get the tickets into my account until 1-2 days prior to the concert. Upon arrival, the tickets never showed up in my account. Despite multiple contact attempts and hours on phone, they never delivered my tickets because the coudn't 'locate the seller'. This, despite plenty of opportunity to get me replacement tickets. The show ended up selling out. They are horrible.

      Bought a concert ticket 10days before the event They release your tickets 7hrs before the concert start Plus theyll sell you parking lot that dont even exist Unless its a color lot DO NOT BUY ANY PARKING SPOT

      Seat Geek manages to use its online presence brilliantly to avoid any accountability. I transferred 2 tickets to my relatives for a ******* Game yesterday. The transfer took but then they could not download the actual tickets. This resulted in my 91 year uncle having to wait around, standing in the sun, no seating and no water available for almost 2 hours while customer service at the stadium tried to help. And surprise (not really), there was no way to call anyone at seat geek to help, nor was their "support" site any type of support. How do you not have a way to help customers on what is clearly beyond the customer's control? No need to answer - its business model thrives on it.

      Seatgeek sold me 2 day tickets to a concert. When I received the order, it only showed 1 day, so I reached out to them. They immedately confirmed they were 2 day tickets and that I would use the first day for the second day as well. This was a total lie.We traveled hours and spent 2 nights overnight to see these concerts.When we arrived at the 2nd day, the tickets were not in my account. I went to the box office and they told me they were only 1 day tickets. I called Seatgeek that evening while standing outside the venue and for 3 hours, they told me they were sending them to me. I finally spoke to someone 3 hours later who told me they made a mistake and the tickets were only valid for 1 day. We spent the weekend traveling there, staying overnight and stood outside the venue the entire night trying to get in, until they finally admitted they were only 1 day tickets.I have now spent the next week calling and emailing them to try to get a full refund and they keep telling me that my case has been escalated and someone will get back to me. After over a dozen attemps, nobody has returned my calls or emails. I believe this is fraud, since they never returned my money to them for my tickets which we never received (but were told over and over would be coming).

      SeatGeek and specifically the manager is below modern day expectations of e-commerce customer service. I have been waiting weeks for confirmation of my ticket purchase and all ***** was able to do was advise how his company works and no consideration for the buyer.

      No stars. Went to buy ********* 2 day passes from Seatgeek. Purchased tickets under their "(2 day pass)" after paying recieved confirmation email for 1 day. Contact seatgeek and they basically said too bad, your confirmation email is what you get. When pressed farther they said we could get a promo code to buy new tickets from them. All we want is a full refund for our purchase so we can buy our tickets elsewhere.

      I'm sorry I didn't look at the BBB ratings and reviews before purchasing. I purchased 2 tickets to a show in ********* for just about $740. The tickets had no ** code, just listed the section, the row and the seat numbers. I reached out via chat (as their phone number is no longer working) and was told that the ** code sometimes doesn't show until the day of the event. Well the day of the event came and I went to chat (******) who then sent me an email with questions on my purchase. The questions went on and on, including asking me to provide screenshots of my apple wallet to show the tickets were not there, asking me to create a second account on Ticketmaster and show that the tickets were not there either (how would tickets be in an account I din't previously have). At the end of our exchange of 20+ emails, I was offered a promo code for the full value, only the promo code came with conditions and I was not able to use it because it said ineligible on the 2 shows I wanted to attend (Post ****** or *******). They recently stopped replying to me and so I've gone to my credit card company and opened a dispute. I can't say I tried, but can say they did not and they are far from demonstrating that they are a legitimate business with ethics and integrity. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
