    I purchased an item that retailed at that time for $1599.00. I was able to purchase the identical item from Wellbots Inc. for about $599 less.Then, when it arrived, it was missing a vital piece. I contacted Wellbots and informed them. No questions, no suggestions, no problem. They immediately sent the part. In today's world, I found this quite rare. Usually, we get an immediate hassle. Not Wellbots.I have recommend them to many members of our solar generator forums and they have all been very pleased as well.I continue to recommend Wellbots, **** to everyone.

    We purchased our EcoFlow Delta Ultra whole home back up and a EcoFlow Delta Ultra 50 amp junction box from Wellbots.com. Our purchase was substantial in price and we are very pleased with the items we received. The service was outstanding and we received our items faster than expected. Wellbots.com is the best place on the internet for EcoFlow products. Highly recommend Wellbots.com

    Wellbots, ever heard of them? I never had. I did however give them a chance and order a portable power station from them, an EcoFlow unit. The EcoFlow was delivered fast, complete and operated well for over 6 months now. I wss impressed with the overall experience in dealing with Wellbots, the customer service was Top Notch. Ever communication was answered promptly and I felt very comfortable purchasing from Wellbots. If you had any doubts about purchasing from Wellbots put them aside and move forward. Ive not seem any online outlets with this level of superb customer care in years. Give ********************** a try and you will be as happy as I have been dealing with them. *** in *****

    In December 2023, I purchased several iPad 12.9 M2 units as gifts for friends and family. The website displayed a picture of the iPad M2 with a description of the iPad M1. I didn't notice the discrepancy in the description because I trusted what I saw. Additionally, since Apple releases new iPad versions annually, I wasn't aware of the latest model, but I noticed that the picture of the iPad they were selling on the website matched the newest iPad available in the Apple Store, so I proceeded with the purchase.Upon receiving the iPads on December 21st, I realized they were not the iPads shown on the website. I immediately contacted the company to inquire about returning these misleading products. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone, they informed me that I had to pay a 15% penalty fee because there was nothing wrong with the product. This seemed unjust to me, as I shouldn't have to pay a penalty for their misleading photos. Consequently, I decided to file a dispute, and my bank instructed me to return the items. Despite my numerous requests, the company refused to accept the return and insisted on charging me a 15% penalty fee. My bank is currently assisting me with this matter. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

    Hello,This customer placed numerous orders with us. Not all the same day, so there was no scope for error. Customer knew exactly what they were buying in the three orders placed over three days, December 13, 14 and 15 2023. The product pages clearly showed exactly what the product as and what they were getting. We have sold 1000's of those iPads to customers and no issues were ever reported. We accept returns within the first 30 days per our return policy here: ******************************************************** if there is no damage or defect to the delivered items, there indeed is a restocking fee. The customer declined to accept the restocking fee and filed a chargeback against our company which they lost. They lost because they were in bad faith and the entire transaction and communication was very transparently documented and then submitted in our response to their chargeback.Customer has since then reached out numerous times harassing the customer success team and disrespecting them. We would had been happy to issue a prepaid label for the customer to return their orders and issue a refund minus a restocking fee for the non-defective/damaged item. This was relayed to the customer numerous times as well. Best,The ********************** Team

    I'd avoid using Wellbots, they are trying to get me to return the item to the manufacturer for a refund, not them? Their return policy says to contact the manufacturer for technical issues, when you do and the manufacturer tells you it's broken and you need an exchange and they send a new one. Well, I didn't want to chance it happening all over again, so told Wellbots I want to return it. Wellbots suddenly doesn't take any responsibility for the return process and says you need to deal with the manufacturer (I'm not sure how that will even work as I bought it from Wellbots). Worst service and experience I've had with an online vendor yet. I think they deliberately take forever to respond to emails so it goes past the 30 day return policy.
