    I 9rdered a scooter from them at the beginning of july, I had accidentally given the wrong address. Promptly contacted them. And was notified within a couple of hours that it was flagged as fraud. Fine... I would have reordered once the payment dropped back to my account. Instead they still took the money. Then proceded to tell me the scooter i ordered was out of stock . And gave me a couple of choices of other extremely lower quality builds.

    I have never been so frustrated working with a company as I have with Wellbots. I tried to cancel an order once I saw it was going to a wrong address. They said the order already shipped - was a lie - the order shipped 2.5 days later. I have called 9 times and left messages and ever tried to order other prodcus from there but I get messages send an email to support. It have been 4 weeks sine I requested a refund. **** and ***** both aid they are working on the refund - the order was sent back to the warehouse 2 weeks ago but still no refund. I'm not sure they are still in business?????

    I ordered a HIFU machine from Wellbots on April 20th based on their promise of 35 business day delivery. That deadline passed with no delivery and a series of at least 45 misleading statements from their customer service team. I was repeatedly told the machine would be delivered today, only to find out it hadnt even reached *** for over a week.Eventually, I was told I would receive a full refund and still be shipped the machinethis was explicitly stated by one of their agents. Then, without warning, the delivery was rerouted back to Wellbots, and I was informed I wouldnt be receiving the machine after all.I run a body contouring business and lost clients, appointments, and revenue while waiting for this equipment. Ive sent multiple emailscalmly and professionallyrequesting resolution or escalation, and received no further response.This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences Ive had. After doing more research, *** now seen multiple complaints about similar behavior. If youre a business owner depending on timely delivery and honesty, I recommend you proceed with extreme caution.

    Wellbots is not a reliable seller to say the least. The worse case is that they sell the product they do not have in their website. Their purposes are to gather consumer info, such as contact info and credit card info, etc. I ordered 2 ***** ****** SUP, both times my order was cancelled due to lack of supply. I even reached to the support tech, and he told me they have the supply and 2 days later, they cancelled my order.

    Shady marketing and even worse customer support. Ive made multiple purchases with Wellbots but will not make any more. They sent me a 15% code for VIP yet when I attempted to use it, it would not work. I contacted support, and they were useless. Gave me the runaround about why the code doesnt work, cut me off during conversation, and were extremely unhelpful. I will tell anyone considering ordering from Wellbots to steer clear. Their prices may be good but their shady marketing and terrible customer service will deter me from making any further purchases.
