    I booked a trip with OurBus. The location was listed as ******************, but without any specific details. No e-ticket was sent. I tried to contact the company, but there was no response until after the bus had already left. Then, 25 minutes after the bus departed, they finally sent me an email with the ticket. They refused to refund my money, even as store credit. This seems like a scam company to me, and I will not use their services again. I highly do not recommend them, especially since there are so many companies that help you right away. I very rarely write one-star reviews, but this situation definitely warrants it

    Id like to clarify that e-tickets are typically sent immediately after booking, and they can sometimes land in your promotional or spam folder due to email settings. We recommend checking those folders in case the ticket did not appear in your primary inbox.


    Additionally, please note that all tickets are always visible within the OurBus mobile application under "My Rides," so you can access them anytime before your journey.


    We understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and your feedback is invaluable as we continually strive to improve our service. Although we are unable to issue a refund in this case, we would like to extend our apologies and suggest you to directly book from OurBus.com in future, and not alternate sources

    Amazing service. Instant assistance provided by ***** ***** was commendable. He helped me with wifi password while I was in the bus. I was unable to connect to the internet in the bus but after using online chat option in the Our bus app I was able to connect to the internet within seconds. Amazing ?? service and fast response time.Thank you.

    I was unavoidable delayed for my 9:30 PM scheduled Ourbus from ************ to ********. Plus, my phone was not connecting to wifi. By the time, I got connected, it was past the time to reschedule. However, the customer service **** was able to rebook as requested the next day ( tomorrow August 25th) . I am glad. Because I thought I was going to lose my money. Thanks OurBus!!
