I recently ordered from Fragrance Net at the price of $117 and was given free express shipping. The package was then delayed for 13 days and I received a text this morning stating it had been delivered. I have checked everywhere including mailboxes and all of my neighbors house and the package is nowhere to be found. I attempted contacting customer service for both fragrance net and the delivery company ****** / ****. I received one reply from ****** stating that the package is showing it has been delivered and they have not provided any further assistance after I have submitted the other details about not receiving anything. At this point I would just like a refund on my order.Business Response

I placed order #********* December 15, 2024. On December 18 when I checked the TForce tracking, it showed No Access. I reached out to TForce to give detailed instructions - that the driver needed to dial the code on the callbox outside, I would buzz him in and he could deliver to my unit. The reply was thank you and they updated the instructions. Then crickets.....nada in communication nor tracking. I reached out at least two/three more times inquiring where my package was with the same reply - we are checking on it. Last night (CHRISTMAS!) I received notice the package had been delivered. First, NO ONE delivers on Christmas, second, A LIE! I went outside, even to my neighbors porches - NO DELIVERY. So I reach out again, albeit not so nicely, got the same we are checking it reply. This morning finally some one from ****** said "We understand you're looking to check the delivery status of your package. We regret to inform you that the package might have mis delivered so request you to please contact the shipper for a replacement or a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused to you . Anticipate your ************************ in this matter."Business Response

I ordered three brands of cologne on 12/14/24. I only received two of the colognes in a closed box on 12/21/24. I called customer service and the automated system tells you that no one can answer the phone and to email at ******************* I did and received an email stating that package was delivered. I know that, but all of the contents was not in the package (I emailed back, explaining this). There has been no response to my multiple emails explaining that I am missing a product.Business Response

I placed an order and used my credit card. I received confirmation with number below. T o date, I have not received my product. I have tried calling various times and get a message that their system is down and to try back later. I have also sent an email to the company and no reply. I paid for items still not received. Shipped on 12/9/24. The *** is being delivered by ******, which is the worst courier in the business! Tracking shows delay after delay and misrouting of the pkg. The items were a Christmas gift and now will not be received in time. ************ chose to use a poor quality courier for shipping to obviously save money. Their customers pay the price! I want a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.Business Response

I placed an order December 2. Order # *********. I paid ***** USD (****** CAD)The courier marked my order as undeliverable, since i am in ******. I have reached out to FragranceNet since December 9 (the day the courier marked my order as undeliverable) and FragranceNet told me that if I hadn't received the order by Dec 23 to come back for a refund. I have not received the order, and the courier still has it marked as undeliverable (they chose to use Canada Post)I tried calling yesterday, but they aren't taking calls. The message told me to send an email instead, which i did. I haven't received any response. I reached out to them again today, with no response. I even tried contacting them through their social media (instagram) with no luck. This company has ghosted me. They cannot deliver to me, since I'm in ******, so i am requesting my money to be refunded please.Business Response

Terrible customer service!! When you go to the option to cancel order they have purposely made it giv4 you an error!!! all other contacts no involving money work! I emailed them 12 times in 2 weeks no reply no refund! Tracking company says product is lost!!! bought a bottle of perfume from them on 12/12/24 and it's currently christmas eve and we have attempted to call but there's no kind of phone service for them. I made an order for 4 men's cologne for my husband for Christmas. I received my order on December 20, 2024. The box that I received had 1 female perfume. A ********** Secret Pink. That is not what I ordered. I called the customer service number and got a recording that the office is only open M-F from 8-5. They offered an email address. I have emailed them twice and called and have yet to speak to anyone. I spent over $200 worth of cologne only for the order to be wrong. I just want what I paid for.Business Response

I order perfume for a family member for Christmas on 12/13/24 and received confirmation and a shipping number. The **** in ******* is awaiting the package from FragranceNet. It was suppose to be delivered in 1-3 days. I have tried to call them direct but appears they have shut down their customer service. I have sent messages with no response. If they cant fill an order, they should be responsible enough to let the customer know so they can purchase something else from another vendor that can fill an order. They need to make this right with all they have done this to before a class action gets filed.Business Response
