I am extremely upset because I never received my order #*********, yet it is marked as delivered. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, and the party is today in the afternoon. Because the package never arrived, I had no choice but to go out and purchase the item again last minute, leaving me out double the money.I decided to try your company after hearing many good things, but unfortunately my very first experience has been terrible. Hello, my order number *********, email ********************** was allegedly delivered 2 days ago , unfortunately Ive been unable to locate my order I have already asked everyone . It seems like it was left right in the front in the broad daylight where anyone passing by can see it , we specifically have a sign up front that says to leave them in the box located in the front house so that our packages dont get stolen . It seems like the carrier was someone called Ontrac which I have never gotten , which could maybe be the cause of the issue, I wish that my order came with a signature since its very expensive and now I have to suffer the consequences of the carrier . In your response, you mentioned multiple similar claims. I do not understand what you mean by that, as I have never ordered from your company before. This is my very first order, so it is unfair and confusing that my case is being grouped with other claims.
It does not seem fair that I, as the customer, should bear the loss in this situation. I trusted your company with my purchase, paid extra for faster shipping, and yet was left without my order. I expected better service, accountability, and resolution from a business, especially for a first-time customer.

It was a complete mystery as there was no invoice or paperwork included in the package. It took several emails to the company and I still dont believe there is any resolution to this point. It seems like the responses were all automated and not addressing my messages at all. What is substantial however is withholding that 900 bucks from me for items I returned. If I prefer not to wait? I have been waiting, 3 months now. He advised that a supervisor would contact me, which has not yet *********** March, I purchased Creed Aventus ************* flacon 8.1 oz. After a long day of work as a Police Captain with the ******************************, I went to the *** Store located at ********************************************************************************** (business card attached). Once again, I was turned away by staff who stated it was against their policy to ship flammable liquids and that I do not possess the proper license required for such shipments. I was told the same thing yesterday and explained this to customer support at *************, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I then attempted to contact *** corporate, spending nearly an hour trying to get through, only to discover that the office was closed for the day. As a result, I remain in possession of the spoiled/molded cologne (pictured, attached) for which I paid over $1,100.
This demonstrates that the business has failed to provide a resolution to my original concern.

I placed an order on August 1st via ***** pay. I was told that my package was expected to arrive somewhere around August 7-8 however my package was misrouted. I tracked my package and all I see is delays. The tracking no longer updates and keeps saying my package is expected to arrive August 10. Its August 12. I returned an order using the shipping label they gave me (which by the way took weeks of contacting them for them to finally send), there was some kind of issue with the carrier, the tracking information reads "The package is undelivberable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines". I contacted fragrancenet to let them know and they told me that they cannot refund and that I should reach out to the carrier to file a claim. That is not my job, I used the shipping label they provided. I will not be contacting the carrier. I want my refund now or I will file a complaint with the ************************************. GIVE ME MY REFUND OR I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFE MISSION TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE YOUR STORE IS. YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR CARRIER AND HAVE THEM PAY YOU OUT FOR THE PACKAGE THEY CLEARLY DAMAGED AND BROKE AND HAD TO THROW AWAY. I HAVE ALL OF THIS DOCUMENTED AND I WILL BE POSTING IT ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.
