    I get people only review when something bad happens but I order from them all the time atleast 30 times. Always received me order. And as fsr as I can tell its real. Fast shipping too.

    I have ordered Mont Blanc small travel perfume bottle, what I received was a generic perfume sprayer with sticker saying is a Mont Blanc perfume,it has lasted just over 20 times using it, when the original one lasted over 60 uses,I wander if they have permission from ********** to do it, of they just using Mont Blanc name for generic perfume that smell close to the original.will not use them again, can't trust them in my case look more like a scam

    I use this website to order a perfume for my wife or anniversary, chose standard shipping, which I paid a hefty $8.95 for. The product was ordered on Saturday, and the website did say that it may take a few business days to ship said item. However, it has now been five business days, and the order is still remaining in their warehouse. I have tried contacting customer service with little to no response. And now I'm out $25. Would highly recommend choosing any other fragrance company than this place. If ************* would like to make it right, the order number is 364+398417. And going forward, if it is not clearly stated on the website that it will take up to seven business days for you to even ship out an item, then I'm pretty sure that that is not exactly legal. Truly cannot understand why these guys have an a+ rating on this site

    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Ive ordered from countless online fragrance retailers worldwide, and I can confidently say this has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever ****** order has been stuck in limbo since August 14th, thats over three weeks without a single update, movement, or sign of progress. Meanwhile, every other reputable fragrance shop Ive used manages to process and deliver orders within days, not weeks.The only positive thing I can acknowledge is that their customer service replies quickly. But fast replies mean nothing when all they do is stall and provide no real solution.

    Fraudulent email advertising. They show a different price on their advertisement and once you go to their checkout page, they have a higher price. Tried it many times to order but never get the advertised pricing.. I beleive they should not be A+ Rating w/BBB. BBB should look into this and make their own decision to remove them from their A+ Rating..

    Possible scam. Paid for 4 samples and paid extra for expedited shipping on the 5th and still have yet to receive anything. No update through email, the text notifications dont get sent and I just keep getting there stupid 30% off email every day. This is why people shouldnt trust the BBB.

    I would not recommend getting the subscription. My first package never arrivedit sat in a *** warehouse for 11 business days with no movement.When I contacted them, their initial response was simply, Sorry for the delay, and asked if I could wait two more days. I waited and followed up as instructed, and they then offered a refund or replacement. The refund option meant waiting up to 30 days to get my money back, so I chose the replacement and specifically asked if they could upgrade the shipping, given the extended delay I had already experienced.They ignored that request entirely. They didnt explain why my package never arrived in the first place and shipped the replacement using *** Ground Advantagethe cheapest and slowest option available. Now Im potentially waiting another 7 days on top of the ***** days Ive already waited, meaning nearly 3 weeks total.Their promise of 100% customer satisfaction doesnt hold up, and honestly, Im not even convinced the service is 100% legitimateespecially when I never received my original order.

    Placed an order they made a shipping label and thats it. Then they lie and say they gave it to **** when they never did and now my replacement package is the same way. Trying to get a refund at this point. Do not buy from them!

    They claimed my order was shipped June 18 on their website. It showed they only sent pre-shipment label to ********** never received the item. I reached out to their customer service department. They refused to refund my money. They are a scam please stay away from them.
