    Great products and good pricing. Recently had an issue with shipping and they responded in a timely manner to help make an adjustment. I have purchased a few watches from them and always have been happy. It is a discount site so need to carefully study the desired purchase and understand clearly stated terms. Would not hesitate to buy again

    Bought a watch off **** that upon their authentication had a dramatically different colored strap. Watch is supposed to match dial and strap. Dial is blue, strap is green. Watchmaxx said it faded. **** authentication would not move forward with the cancellation as Watchmaxx would not provide all information. Watchmaxx then stopped responding to me. Now having to wait for ****s long claim process for a refund. **** is refusing the watch under their failed authentication for not as described. A $4000 watch, and already been almost two weeks since **** authentication received the watch. Also offered a ***** 925 not knowing what would happen with the other watch, and being ignored about a refund on that watch after I sent a wire. Would not buy from again. They ignore you after you have a complaint.

    Got a Speedmaster through watchmaxx, overall a great experience, but what really shined was the customer service from ****. Ill admit it, Im probably a hassle as a customer. I ask way too many questions. That being said, my hand was held throughout the entire process. Extremely fast and professional responses. Ill be back for more. **** is a masterclass in customer service.

    Great place to do business with Im in ******* ** found out about these guys from online research and they go above and beyond to help make the process easier and faster for the customer which is so much better than a conventional jewelry store that you might go to . I highly recommend them from my experience as I have purchased 10 watches from them in the past six months with this last one being number 11 and my son has made 2 purchases also with nothing short of an exceptional experience will buy again when I need something without hesitation
