  Bought **** ***** *** *****************************, originally arrived with incorrect bracelet and tools but after contacting watchmaxx they quickly acknowledged the error, I returned and they replaced with the correct items..could not be happier...great service!!

  its definitly a big scam i would give a big zero , i ordered mens longines watch it arrived after few weeks and it was preowned that tg=hey shipped me with lots of scratches thought i place order online for brand new and thats what i was told it will be brand new, but it wasn't and then i called to inform them about this incident and i was told that i can send the return and thery will refund me $50 inaddition to my original amount that i paid to covere my shipping expenses cz of their fault coz they send me preowed watch with lots of scratches and then i sent it returned to their ** address of return , it was delivered by **** i had a tracking but when i called on the phone to process the refund the representative said they never received the watch , and keep arguing about not receving the watch with **** and i said tracking shows it was delivered, and i was told they will investigate and then i send email to customer service , then i got my refund but they deduct $52 from my refund and never refunded me $50 additional to covere my shipping expenses, this business is a big online fraud do not buy ever anything from these scammers

  My first purchase with Watchmaxx has been an extremely pleasant experience. I bought the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean, which I have been eyeing for a while. I bought it at a discount, which made it easier for me to afford. The customer service has been excellent, and the quality of the watch goes without saying. The watch is original as I verified the serial number in the omega website. It is a stunner of a watch. I will be back in the future for sure to purchase more watches.

  Just made my 3rd purchase with WatchMaxx and the customer service, delivery, and quality of the watches has always been fantastic! 100% great every time. Never had ANY issues with delivery, inventory, or false expectations. Appreciate their fast response too!

  Don't believe the negative reviews from buyers that either didn't understand what they were buying, had "buyers remorse" or their wife made them return!
  This is my fourth watch over the years and their process gets better every time. I dealt with **** and he answered every one of my questions via chat immediately. I wanted Saturday delivery and I was ordering at 11:30 on a Friday and he made it happen. Even offered me a nice coupon code to seal the deal.
  I am done playing AD games with ****** ********* *** ***** especially. While some brands are higher you get what you want immediately. I bought a OMEGA
  Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial Chronometer 41mm 234.30.41.21.01.001 for over 25% off. Before I was done chatting with **** I had my tracking number! WOW
  I will be back.

  Received my second watch from WatchMaxx a couple of days ago and I have to say they are two for two. My new Breitling Super Chronomat Chronograph arrived quickly and without any drama. The watch looks great on my wrist and I am looking forward to more satisfying transactions with WatchMaxx. Highly recommended!

  Worked with **** to purchase 2 **** watches. He was extremely helpful as I had to pay with multiple gift cards. He made the whole transaction simple and waited patiently as I made all of the individual payments. Can't wait to get these pieces on my wrist!

  Terrible Service-
  One star is the lowest score available. I would give less if possible and I would recommend you do business elsewhere. This company processing is extremely slow and their customer service is virtually non-existent. I purchased a watch on October 13th and the items shipped around the 20th. During this lapse of time, the watch I ordered was found substantially cheaper at various other locations. I made the seller aware of this price difference and requested a refund or cancellation of the order. Their customer service team was non-respondent until the day the item shipped. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order 1 hour before the item shipped out. I responded 2 hours later requesting the cancellation, but it was too late. I complained to ****** before the item shipped regarding lack of responses from Watchmaxx.com LLC and opened an investigation. I emailed the vendor daily and sent over 7 emails and received one response right before the item shipped. I asked for them to send a return shipping label or refund the price difference. I would recommend you not do business with this company, Watchmaxx.com LLC. If this company can't provide the simplest of services such as responding to emails, how do you expect them to resolve major issues such as the many complaints filed against this company listed below. If I can persuade others to shop elsewhere, then I will be happy to treat this as lessoned learned. I may decide to keep the watch for fear they may not refund money. The purpose of this post is to help prevent others from falling prey to this company and the horrible customer service they provide. Bad Service!
  Watchmaxx, was in constant communication and did recommend yospond to all of her emails and I have attached proof of that. We also advised the customer that we cant take back the watch since it was used and not covered by warranty this was made very clear to the customer and we covered the repair free of charge.
