1 starI bought a watch from Watchmaxx.com in June 2024, it stopped working 9 months later. When I called to request an exchange, refund or repair, I was told there is no refund or exchange for their product. They informed me that I would have to pay to have the watch sent for repair and were not understanding or apologetic. I sat on hold with customer service for over an hour and no one came back to the call before their business hours ended. There has been no resolution to this issue. I do not recommend buying any product from this site.

As stated on our website, we have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which we hope provides a clear timeframe for such matters. However, we do see that your repair request has already been approved. Please note that our policy requires customers to cover the cost of shipping the watch back to us for repair.

5 starsWatchmaxx has been a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased four watches from them. Each time they have provided the same watch as a competitor at a lower price. The transaction was easy and shipping was quick. Products were new and in original packaging.
I am very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their products.

1 starI bought a ********* watch from company in late February and it stopped working in June. The company has refused to replace what should have been a new watch. 1 starPurchased a Mido watch in Feb 2024 about 2 months later stopped working. Sent it to repair under warranty, after multiple emails I haven't been able to receive a clear answer on the status of the repair. The watches usually deliver no more than 2 days after purchased and are always in beautiful condition.. 5 starsWasn't sure if buying through Watchmaxx was a good idea. A $5000 Omega was much less money through them. Easy to place order, did it through chat emails. Answered all my questions. Placed order and it was shipped next day and took about 5 days to arrive. Everything new and all papers matched. Original box. I wouldn't hesitate to buy through them. With chat you have your conversations recorded to verify what was said to elevate any concerns you may have. Easy process to buy a brand new high end watch and save a lot of money. Why go elsewhere? If I would have any issues I would report back here but don't expect any issues and very please with Watchmaxx.
