  First time buyer at Watchmaxx. They had a rare watch in new condition that I couldn't find anywhere else. Have to admit: I was a bit nervous spending over $20K on an item without having history with this vendor. The communication with the seller was good, and even though there was a slight delay in shipping, I received the watch same week.The good news is that the watch was perfect. In new condition as described. I also verified the authenticity and all checked out. Very happy with this seller and will buy again soon.

  Nervous at first, I managed **** shops for over 15 years and have seen a lot of fake watches. When watch came in the tag attached to the clasp that read not returnable after removed scared me. I took out my eye piece and started examining looking for any flaws and measuring spacing between the letters and layout and gaps in between as well as breathing holes or splotches and found none. I also looked and timed the movement and compared it. (These minor detail flaws are the easiest way to spot a fake. I was convinced at that point that everything was to spec and was in fact real.   What a pleasantly surprising experience. I ordered an out-of-production Ball chronograph from Watchmaxx. This was my most expensive watch / first *****, and I was definitely sketched out at buying online. Not only was the customer chat support prompt and accurate, but the watch arrived exactly as described. We'd already be at a 5* experience here, given the discount, but then I got to experience a warranty issue, which also went great. After about 1.5 months, my watch threw a s**** that locked up the rotor. I was pretty worried, but I sent photos and a description and Watchmaxx sent an RMA. I shipped the watch out, and within two weeks (with communication throughout) it's back on my wrist working perfectly. Honestly, I would happily buy another watch from them, and they seem to have a strong warranty/repair department that treated me right. *******************, it was a great experience.

  I purchased w watch from them. Shipping was slow and took a while for me to receive. When received I took it to a reputable jeweler to have it sized. I needed links removed. The jeweler had a hard time removing the links. They told me the pins were glued in and they had to beat them out which took an hour to do. The jeweler was afraid they were going to damage the watch but I told them to proceed. I couldnt return the watch because I had already cut off the tag that said if removed item can not be remover. What is the at B.S.? I will not purchase another watch from them!

  I have purchased two Breitling watches on two different transactions and could not be more pleased with the service and support I received in both transactions. All stickers, tags, boxes etc come with the watches. They are factory fresh without the jewelers make up or the pretentious jeweler attitude. Watchmaxx is a top self business
