    I never received my watch, they lie to me on emails, I don't think they even have the watch they are adverting for, I think they play around with the customer's money to pay other "unsatisfied" customers, I think this is a "pyramid scheme" in my opinion and if you have good luck you may get your item. These are scammers based on my experience with them, I have all emails communications that proof they are liars and let see how long it will take to get my money back. Bunch of thieves in my opinion. I paid fast shipping (next day) and after two weeks I have no money and no watch. They just gave me a tracking number that never update. The *** never received the package.

    I've purchased several watches from Watchmaxx with no negative surprises or issues. The most recent was another Tag Heuer watch they had in stock. Customer Service is easy to work with, inventory is great and the watches ship immediately. Watchmaxx's prices are very competitive compared to their major competitors, or the various watch manufacturers. Mark is a good person to work with if personal assistance is required.

    I just purchased a Breitling Navitimer from Watchmaxx. They were very helpful on the phone and went the extra step to get me the watch and bracelet combination that I desired. I made the order at 4:00 PM on a Thursday and had the watch at my front door by 11:30 AM the next morning. Thank You!

    I read the reviews before I made my purchase. I was skeptical, so I made a phone call & spoke with Ben. After speaking with him, I had no reservations about purchasing from them. All my concerns were gone. I ordered my *** *********** said he would ensure it went out that day via overnight service. I received a tracking # and my watch made it from ******** to L.A. before noon the next day. Ben also followed up via e-mail to be sure it arrived and I was happy with it. I don't know what else you could ask for as a customer. These guys are top notch!

    I purchased a watch from Watchmaxx and dealt with Mark through the order process. He was very helpful and I always received a timely response. He answered all my questions. The shipping was very fast and the watch is gorgeous. I am also very happy with the price. If you want to get a great price on a top end watch and the service to go with it then I highly recommend Watchmaxx. I will go there for my next purchase.
