    great company and crazy cheap prices.. i bought a ferragamo belt that was selling on *********** website for almost double the price... the communication is also excellent and shipping is very fast... truly a awesome website

    Watch sent fast and arrived new in box. Jomashop spells out it's warranty on each product clearly, do your research. One of the best grey market resellers out there.

    I ordered a Breitling for my husbands birthday. When the watch arrived the case it came in looked like it had been chewed up by a dog. I was in shock that a company would allow their product to be delivered in such a condition. I called jomashop and sent photo proof. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours. I ended up purchasing a watch that was $1200 more, since I was returning the other watch. Fast forward a week and was NEVER contacted by anyone. I call again and am told that they will have to speak to a manager to approve a shipping label. I hear nothing, so I call a third time and am told they will not send me a shipping label to return a DAMAGED product! Now Im livid! I have spent around $15-$20 k in watches between my husband and I in the last few years. They are willing to lose a customer over a shipping label! They hands down have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I will now return both watches because I dont want to do business with such a terrible company. I will never ever purchase another item from jomashop and will make sure to let everyone know how shady this company is. All they had to do is own up to their own mistakes and they would have kept a loyal customer.

    I could find a discontinued Coach handbag and Jomashop shipped it too fast on Christmas eve.

    I purchased a Burberry phone crossbody case and never received it so I contacted jomashop to start a claim after 3 weeks I had to contact them to see what was going on with my claim just to hear that my claim was denied. I dont know if this company is just a fraud so imygoing to have to start a claim with my credit card company Im out $364.00 and with no merchandise! Dont buy from e Jomashop scammers!

    Bought quite a number of watches here with almost unbeatable pricing and quality. The only thing I hope will do better is the chatbot will actually work on the site. However calling the direct number works as well. #LetsGoBrooklyn!

    I purchased (2) two CASIO watches (****** and Baby G) for Christmas for my daughters. The pricing was good and the selection allowed me choices to choose from. The order and shipment went fine and the items were received in working order. No complaints with this order.

    I purchased two watches so far. The process was ease. They have a great selection and very good pricing. One of the watches I ordered was out of stock. They stayed in communication with me and shipped it out as soon as it was back in stock. Will be buying more.
