    Jomashop.com offers the worst customer service. I placed a order. The order was never received. I spoke to **** 1/31. **** told me she told me I would have to wait 2 weeks for the insurance claims department to contact me. They never did. 2/13 I spoke with ****. She told me that **** could taken care of my claim 2 weeks ago. **** told me to send in my video evidence, and I did. No response. I called back 2/14 for a update. I spoke with ******. ****** explained to me that they never received any of email evidence. I then proceeded to send ****** my evidence again. She confirmed receipt. ****** informed me she will forward all the information I sent her to Bibi and her supervisor. I emailed Aleeya on 2/16 for update. Her response ( no update). I called back today 2/17 and I spoke with "*****". I explained to her my situation. I asked to speak with ****. She told me that Bibi is not available to speak with me. I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told there was no one available. I was told I must wait a month for my claim to be processed. A month! They draw you with cheap prices. You get what you pay for with the customer service.Take my advice stick with ******!

    Love Jomashop with so many counterfeit creed fragrances on the market and refills Jomashop has become my go to spot for creed! Ive purchased 3 bottles in the last couple months and everyone has been super smooth! Hoping they will add creed pure white cologne to their line up its the only thing missing then Ill buy only from them. I highly recommend jomashop trustworthy super quick shipping great service all around!Thank you ******** for the amazing fragrances you offer!

    I recently purchased three Seiko Solar Perpetual Calendar Alarm Chronographs. They were basically the same model, but were different face and/or band colors. I bought the first and liked it so much I bought the other two. I could afford to do this because the price was so reasonable and I got all three for the price of one and a half. Jomashop beat all competitor's prices. Shipping was fast and standard shipping was free. They all came well packed and tracking was provided.All watches were in perfect condition and met the descriptions provided. I did have to go to the Seiko website to obtain the owners manual/operating instructions, but I knew that before purchased as it was mentioned in the listing. A great experience and I will always look to Jomashop first when adding a watch to my collection or buying one as a gift.
