    I have purchased many times from ******** and have never had an issue with my purchases. The prices are great and they always have the Fragrance Im looking for. Their shipping is always very good within just a couple of days of my order it arrives well packaged too. The only issue I have is communicating with them, the phone number listed only ever indicates they are closed regardless of when you call them, emails I have sent have never gotten a reply so I just stopped trying. Its a Excellent business otherwise and I highly recommend you check them out.

    Ordered 3.4ox Latafa Nebras parfun. Great price; had purchased small sample prior. ******* packaged well, in very nicely nice non paper box that is classy & study bottle. Parfum for the $ was best deal! Its an every day vanilla strawberry gourmand that I enjoy. Will last long time in 3.4 oz.

    Unprofessional Service from One Agent, Saved by ********* have been a repeat Jomashop customer, but my recent experience with customer service was shocking. I first spoke with **** regarding the return policy for perfumes. He couldnt answer my questions, seemed to be reading from a script, and dismissed my request to speak with a supervisortelling me my question wasnt important enough to escalate. He then spoke over me, raised his voice, and abruptly ended the call. This was not customer serviceit was unprofessional and unacceptable. His call should absolutely be reviewed.Thankfully, when I called back, *** answered and immediately clarified everything in a professional and helpful manner. While I appreciate her assistance, my initial experience with **** has left me hesitant to continue buying from ********. I hope the company takes this seriously so no other customer has to be treated this way.

    I purchased a non-tester Hermes perfume at jomashop, and the bottle has a label with Chinese characters on the bottom. The fragrance is clearly dilutedthe scent disappears within five minutes.

    I placed an order yesterday, 11/27/25, as soon I hit submit I realized a warranty purchase was checked and I am responsible for paying that fee. Because I didnt check the warranty and I didnt want it, I immediately modified the order and cancelled the warranty purchase. I received an email that the request for the change is under review. Today I called Jomashop to verify that the modification was placed, a customer service told me that it was not because the employee reviewed the modification did not do it and now it is too late because the order was shipped. I told him that this is not my fault I immediately modified the order and did went through. I asked to speak to a supervisor then he told me he does not have time for me because it is Black Friday and he hang up the phone on me.

    Terrible Experience and Vendor. I ordered Amore Caffe a 3 months ago and it hasnt even shipped. I did receive another fragrance and it was poorly packed and the box was destroyed. This is probably the worst vendor *** ever bought from, and *** bought a lot. Very disappointed in ********.

    Fragrance was watered down. I had a sample of ******* **** pour femme this bottle was $81 and it was not the same scent as the sample. I figured maybe I need to shower then apply nope I smelled it and with in 5 minutes scent was gone.

    I waited over a month for my order to arrive and when I asked what if anything could be done for my order taking so long to get delivered, I was told no and nothing else. Even after receiving my order, it smelled like it was watered down or something youd buy from a flea market. Disappointed and frustrated.

    I do not believe that what we bought from this vendor was real fragrance. The fragrance was "watered down" and when applied to the skin after shaving had no alcohol content at all (highly suspect and very indicative of a watered down product). I've bought hundreds of bottles of cologne in my life. I was incredibly disappointed with this.
