    Over the last year I've purchased three watches a cologne and a perfume, no complaints. When the perfume went out of stock before delivery, customer service responded in a day offering a refund or option to purchase a different in stock size. I feel like they were attentive by email and phone. Items were all received in excellent condition. Watches work as they should and range in price from a few hundred dollars to about fifteen-hundred, not heavy hitters but not cheap. I saved money on all the items and have no problem buying from ******** again.

    When I received the watch I ordered off the site the usual box it came in was not properly closed but rather ajar. When I opened the box it looked as if it was smashed in by the lid. Upon removing the plastic that covered both the bezel and the dial I noticed the bezel had two indentations in it. From a company that strives to sell quality priced items this was a disgrace to see a watch in such condition. When calling customer service the representative asked to see a photo of the watch; once the representative saw a picture of the damaged watch they hesitated in offering a refund or replacement and instead said, "When you wear a watch it will get worn and it may get damage." This statement made me think it wasn't a brand new watch but rather a used one that was being resold. The representative then stated that they could give me $30 for the watch if I wanted to keep it rather than return it. The watch was a gift, why would I want the recipient of that gift to keep a damaged item? I will never do business with ******** after this incident.

    I bought a watch and after a few days I noticed the date was off but a few days and time was off as well. I wasnt able to adjust the dial. I returned the watch and I didnt receive anything from the customer service department until I reached out a few days. I was advised that it will take up to 10 days to review for a refund. On the 10th day I reached out again and I received another email stating it may take 2-4 business days after the 10 days to provide a refund. Dont get my wrong the processes are great, but I think Ill look into another company before purchasing after dealing with the run around on a response.

    My experience with the jomashop.com was unsatisfied for one they couldn't deliver the package and they know that is wasn't delivered but for the last two Month I have been fighting to receive my ****** dollars because I put it insurance on but any one in the right mind would put insurance on it because deliver people don't care about people stuff. So if I could say this was my first and last time I will ever order on line for a father's day gift. And by the way your Supervisior did help me either so I had to get my lawyer involved because no one will help me with my money

    I made a purchase through Jomashop (Order #[ZZ6LMJ-2R74W]), but the item was never delivered. Despite repeated assurances via email that a refund was being processed, I have not received any money back. It has now been several weeks.This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. I am requesting immediate refund processing. I am also preparing to take legal action and report this issue to the *** and other consumer protection agencies.

    Damaged items with no care to even reply was and but not terrible to fix myself, now for an employee to make a verbal agreement that when fully confirmed, she then illegally changed that to needing verification and never responding. Better sites with known better quality and run legally Are available

    We ordered a luxury watch from ******** as a special gift, and it arrived damaged right out of the box. The damage was immediately visible, and we never removed any tags or attempted to wear or fix the watch. We carefully placed it back in the original packaging and returned it right away.Despite doing everything by the book, Jomashop refused to take responsibility. They claimed the watch wasnt returned in original condition a false accusation! Their customer service was completely unhelpful, and we were left with an incomplete refund for a product that was defective from the start. We are missing $380.This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If youre considering buying something valuable from Jomashop, be aware: if something goes wrong, they will not back you up. We will not be purchasing from them again.
