    They advertise watches for sale (and marked as "on sale"), that they do not even possess. You "buy" a watch and the next day they tell you they don't have it and suggest you buy something else. What a wonderful business model. Will never use this site again. Waste of time and this is a bait and switch operation.

    First time shopping with Jomashop which was actually referred to me by a friend, was nothing but a pleasure to work with them. They never lied about inventory not being there, quality of product was excellent and a very speedy, clean delivery process. I bought a new Tag Heuer Carrera Sport Heuer02 in Blue and I recommend anyone to purchase from them, I know I will. *********************** **************

    The customer service was horrible. I received some Cologne and when it was delivered it was opened and not sealed with plastic wrap CLEARLY a TESTER. I called to resolve it, have been calling for almost a month, and was told THIS IS HOW THEY SHIP THINGS OUT. When asked for a supervisor of course none were available. ****** apparently OWN the business, because she claim that there was No one else to speak to BUT HER. I have ordered several item from them and know this is not true. So needless to say I am VERY VERY UNSATISFIED and APPARENTLY JOMASHOP DOES NOT EVEN CARE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have emailed so many times asking for a supervisor to return my call and no response. I was told that Creed the cologne that I ordered comes unsealed and opened. RIDICULOUS.

    I bought 2 watches from jomashop. The first one was awesome. 0 complaints. The second one however, not so great at all. First, (my own error) i ordered the wrong item. Instantly emailed to get it canceled so i could buy the correct one. They said it was already processed and just had to be returned. This was literally 2 minutes after ordering. Once received, the box was severely damaged inside and out, the cushion had debris as though it was dropped on the floor under shelving, the watch itself was damaged. I emailed them immediately (5 min after delivery) and got a response asking for a list of the noticed issues and pictures to correlate. I did that. The rep emailed back stating her manager would credit me $7 for the box. I explained that's a very careless response and resolution, to which they said that's my option. No offering on replacing, or anything. Meanwhile, on hold, their recording states they're there for customer satisfaction 100%. I would say they fail at that harshly. After my first purchase, I was excited to order more. After the situation with the second, I will never do business with them again. Nor will I recommend it

    I bought a watch for my fianc for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. I search for this watch everywhere and they were the lest expensive and fastest to ship my order. He was completely surprised I was able to afford and get it to him on time. Thanks so much for helping me make his day!

    I am a fan of ***** watches. Good quality for the money and some attractive designs. I have been buying my watches from Jomashop for a good number of years. I have shopped around and they have the best prices and selection on ***** watches I have found. And their shipping has always been fast. Thank you Jomashop!

    This company is a scam! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I was sent back an unworn ***** et ******* watch I tried to return. They claim they can refuse a return for no reason and sent it back. When it was sent back I never received it. It was delivered but the product was stolen. The merchant has done NOTHING to help me with this issue. They have not offered a refund even with a police report and they have not offered to replace the item. I am now being charged thousands of dollars for a product I will never be receiving. They are lying saying they can not make an insurance claim. Now they are claiming they will send me to collections if I do not pay.
